The trouble I’ve found with the jointing product is unless the base is permeable which in the small print it states it needs to be it doesn’t set properly I’ve had a few come backs with that stuff I now use nexus v75 wt used it on my patio it’s stayed solid & it stands up to jetwashing
I just had my Karcher out, bought 2017, used very little as in to the point it was sitting up 5 years, the cable has frayed all up a meter from where joins into the unit, can't believe it as have one still there much smaller but like new and its 20 years old at least
I have the same block paving. I've power washed it a few times over the years and brushed in kiln sand. Sadly it doesn't stay clean long. Any recommendations other than kiln sand please and would sealer help? I have the blocks in red. Great videos and love seeing the before and after. Keep up the good work 😁👍
Can I start pressure washing for customers with a karcher k5!? I'm a landscaper but fancy starting abit of pressure washing on the side and i've bought a karcher k5 but now I'm wondering if I should've gone and got a proper petrol machine? Thanks love the videos!
I was just curious, as someone with experience with pressure washers would you say a JCB brand PW15040P pressure washer (4000psi / 276BAR, Annovi Reverberi Triplex AR pump, 15L/min Flow Rate, 15hp JCB Engine) for £1K sounds like a good beginner machine for someone who's looking to start up as a business? Cheers for any help.
You know those grip yokes cant think exactly name but use to clamp say wood or something to a table as they're adjustable clamps say.... Use a few of these and some plastic or something under the slabs on wall tops to fill in the compound.... Price for 2 at 3 days, I'd say price in about £1,480
You will find those brush in pointing vompounds fo not last and will fail very quickly. Personally i will only use sand sand cement 1-4 cement sand ratio with a glug of sbr bond and pointed using a moist mix but not too wet.
The old fashioned way is best Dry sunny day Sand and cement 3 to 1 mix not to wet compact down using the pointing Iron or bent bit of copper pipe to fit the joints all this wet compound Stuff is quicker but does not last and is not suitable for your return pressure wash in the future as the compound is to soft and breaks down. Looks good to start but does not last .
Why don't you just mix 4 parts sand 1 part cement with a bit of plasticiser?Snowcrete if you want the mortar white it will save you a fortune and goes off the next day.
Nice job guys, looks great. I reckon around £1200 quid.

Nice job buddy but should have used flow point for longevity on the pointing after going to all that hassle of grinding out
I reckon £2300, great transformation guys well done.
That would be my price too

Nice job mate...only had a glimpse but what leaf blower do you use? My echo has just died after 6 years.
Just the cheap titan one from Screwfix 😊

What was that app you spoke about and a device to quickly measure stuff...... Been searching everywhere can't find what I saw you using.

How do you know how far to grind down for my first one coming up ?
2.5cm is generally what's required as per the product instructions 👍🏼
1200 is a bargain. Nice work

Good job 👍
£1600
£2,500. Looks lovely
Nice work, though you'll find those brush in joint compounds are utterly shit! You wait until you pressure wash again, you'll all come out, sadly.

Check HSE information on dust suppression because as it stands you've broken the law unfortunately. 2:36
£2000
£1,500?
Mrellis1181.
You really need to get your self a life😂😂
I will say £1885
£1850
I rmthink £1500 & £750 each
£1800 + Materials
£1650
you'd have to be talking at least $3000AU or 1500UKP or ya robbing ya self
1800UKP would be more like it.
2000UKP would not be excessive
You want to earn at least £250 a day each for these jobs
£1350
