Watching you with the scrub board takes me back to my childhood....we lived in the Texas Hill Country....we had a well and electricity and butane, but still had an outhouse, and this was the beginning of the 60`s so it wasn't like many people had them still. We had a bathroom with running water but no septic system yet....we had a huge clawfoot bathtub and it doubled as moms washtub....she spent one whole day washing clothes with her scrub board.....from the wash she went to the clothesline. It took her two whole days to fold cloths and put them away....and by then it was almost time to wash again....and being the oldest of six kids, I never remember a time without her washing diapers on that old scrub board!! You guys have such a neat life and little Fox is such a fun addition!!!

I'm so thankful for disposable diapers you make washing by hand look easy but I know it's hard work the way you and Jake live. I'm from the country and my parents lived the way you guys do. I like watching your life and it's beautiful were you live. I to live in a beautiful place but I like all my electric washer,dryer ,refrigerator,stove,air-conditioned the list goes on and on but I have to say I love my wood heater in the winter best heat ever .

I’ve been watching a lot of creators lately that have been Eco Dying their papers. They gather leaves and flowers from their yards. Some of them have been dying material (cheese cloth, muslin) to use in their Journals too. When I watched you laying everything out, I got excited that you were also Eco Dying.
