there's a lot of "preriding" in this video as I took some time to learn the trails before pushing harder. might not be the most entertaining to watch by any means but i was able to get on it a bit more on the final lap and it set me up nicely for another day at the bike park! hope ya enjoyed the video.
There is no end to the stoke! LFG!!!! Gorgeous seeing these mountain with all the summer vegetation and life everywhere. What a treat it must have been. Thanks as always for sharing the stoke and taking us along for the ride!
It’s really impressive how quickly you’re improving. I think the skiing and racing backgrounds must have something to do with it. Looking good out there man. Stoked!
It's gorgeous there. The thing about jumping is the word jump. As in you're likely going fast enough, you just need to pop off the end of the takeoff ramp. This is a nuanced movement best drilled in from a great coach.
Depends on your style of riding. If you like being able to whip your bike around and ride a bit more aggressive then I would go for the size down. Size up would give you a feeling of more security and would be a little more forgiving.
Thanks for the video! I'm going up next week to Jackson Hole, and this is very helpful! This will be my first downhill park adventure. I'm an advanced/intermediate rider from Hawes AZ/South Mountain. Those Double Blacks look like standard blacks to me! haha Any extra tips for my trip?
Good timing. I’ll be at JH in a few weeks, but I’ll only get to ride one day. I’m a solid blue trail type rider, any suggestions for which ones to hit ?
Solitoga is a nice blue flow trail from the top! And then you can take bandit down for some jumps or bronco for just more berm flow riding. Not really any blue tech trails!
Come visit the Snowmass Bike Park. It's mental. Get the Limelight to put you up for a couple more nights. Tell em you're working on an edit or something.
@@LucasCatania17 I see your bike handles stuff really good.. I know I mentioned getting over-confident on our equipment before and I will try to a little deeper but I can totally understand why you are getting familiar with the runs before you open it up for that bike.. Have you ever seen when a Ferrari or a Lamborghini hits a curb? They split in half..

Hey man, what size is your YT bike? Was looking at them online and looks like I fit both the L and XL, I'm 6 ft and was leaning towards the XL.
Yo! Mine is a large. I’m 5’10” and think it’s pretty spot on.
