THE GROWLS ARE BACK, THIS IS NOT A TRAINING
Best Comment!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
The Orcs agree.
I was so shocked when he screamed that I jumped out of my chair cause I really was not expecting it. I then burst out laughing and had to pause the video lol
We are living in the best timeline right now!
Whether you did it for us or for yourselves as artists, we really appreciate the vocals. You've made so many people happy today.
I won't say Opeth is back because they never left, but damn the growls are a pleasant surprise. This album is gonna be killer.
What did i just hear? Was that Death Metal vocals!!? My heart rate just jumped up and I'm going to re-play this 1,000 times until the new album comes out.
This is most excited I’ve been for a new Opeth album in years! Nice to hear those vocals again 🤘🏾
this marks a triumphant return to their roots, blending the raw intensity of their early growls with the refined musicianship they've developed over the years. thank you, Opeth, for bringing back the growls :')
Hearing Mikael growling again is so good that everyone is inspired in the comments 😆. Great song, cant wait for the album!
Been waiting 15 long years for this track!
Like so many others, this has nearly brought me to tears. This the best Opeth has sounded in some time. It isn't just the growls either. The song itself is incredible.
It's got that dark and gritty sound. It's like something out of a horror movie. It's fantastic.
I missed these vocals so much.
This is a very short song for Opeth standards, but seems this is not the original version but a radio edit.
Can't wait to listen to the full album.
Holy shit, it growls
This is like Pale Communion going heavy. Holy shit. Fucking incredible.
The growls are back! this sounds like Watershed and In Cauda Venenum had a child. Amazing stuff, so refreshing to hear
This blend of styles is so interesting. I'm really looking forward to this new album
Mikael be like, "Ok kids; here, take it. Jeez."
Honestly, can't explain how happy I am with this comeback of Oldpeth ❤
2024 is turning out to be a great year for metal music. This is amazing!
New drummer is fire 🔥🔥
I’m not saying the last four Opeth records weren’t good, but this gives off Watershed vibes. That would be great!
Saw them live few days ago. One of the best concerts at this year's Wacken (IMHO). I like this song, looking forward to the upcoming record, autumn is the best time of year to listen to Opeth albums.
So in the end, the hope never leaves 👀

Finally looks like the old school Opeth are back! I'm really looking forward to this release! 🔥🤘
Says that growls are not for them anymore, waits 15 years and releases a killer single with growls. Mikael Åkerfeldt, you are a genius.
