I think perhaps the greatest benefit I received from this meditation for early morning brain fog was an acceptance and non-resistance to feeling this brain fog and remaining calm and patient, until it cleared. Many thanks and gratefulness and appreciation for what you do......
Today, this meditation was super good! This time there was no feeling of anxiety, a solid concentration for most of the meditation, and my only distraction was just a few thoughts about what I wanted to do immediately after ending the meditation! And when you asked to let the mind go where it wanted, it just wanted to take a deep breath and remain still until the very end of the meditation! Super! You just brought a smile to my face!
I would add to my previous comment that the first distraction I felt was a mild feeling of anxiety. Thank you for helping me find the main distraction I feel! It has to be related to worries and worrying, fear, uncertainties and doubts. This is the clarity I gained! ADB,MD

This was much needed. Thank you very much.
This was great and very nice also please make more videos on meditation techniques just like one you did with body scan.
more laissez-faire than i'm used to but i suppose with my progression i should rely less on guidance and more on my own ability to be aware.
No, ThankYOU
