Inability once more to move on players who are clearly not wanted at the club, having those lingering around, even playing games, will always lead to standards that are way below where they should be.
We are not good enough technically, mentally or physically to not put in effort on the training ground, nevermind matchdays. In order to compete with the very best teams, we should be running harder than any other team, setting the standard with mentality, in order to bridge out lack of ability on the pitch. Enough with the soft mentality and allowing players to get away with their own statements. Time to penalize them, set an example, cut their wages and have them apologize in public. No player is bigger than the club and unless we discipline players, we won't be respected as a footballing side.

If as a player you're not happy with how a club is run you don't sign the contract. Not only that, it also damages the brand as a whole. The players job is to perform well on the pitch and during training. Not take private affairs of the dressing room that should be resolved internally public

I knew Mark would take ETH side. 😏 The fact here is,both are in the wrong. Sancho should not have responded to that comment by ETH. With that being said, ETH is wrong for outing a player to the public like that. Especially if you're gonna talk about "being a Man Utd player you have to train and play at a specific level". What level is that Eric? I mean i see Maguire,Evans, Mount and at times Antony playing horribly, and yet I've never heard them publically get slagged off.
Sancho should leave this looney toons club of ours and go play for a manager like Klopp or De Zerbi. Managers whom i think are very good at not only getting the best out of a player but also helping them develop their talent in a manner that will help the team.

I believe if we are able to improve our results in upcoming games and ten hag drops Sancho out of the team. It could solve or atleast make the players think twice before using their player power in public. Look at how Arteta also had to face this with Ozil and Auba, but the club backed him. They are lumping him on with Maguire. One had a route out and refused. The other never had an option other than loan back to Dortmund and clubs said no apparently
