Only her main vocal from the mic is live in this one, I think. It is a rare "sing back" performance of hers with even her own background vocals.
Usually she always have her band playing live, but for this one I guess she preferred the interpreting dancers instead.
Aurora explained to Australian radio station Triple J that the track is inspired by the classic tale from the Book of Genesis, she said:
"A long, long time ago, Eve took a bite of a forbidden apple hanging from the tree of evil and good. [...] In her act of doing so, she granted humans free will; I just think that is very beautiful, and I wanted to honor her and women like her, who little by little granted us freedom in this world. A freedom to live as we please, to explore and taste. I think life should be lived in all of its colors, and that is why we live like heathens."
Great reaction. This is the first live performance for you? Her live performances are my favorite, love some music videos, but, live, Aurora is best served live, lol

Yea. Amazing performance. I am not sure but i think some background vocals could be prerecorded. She usual has other backup singers (one back up singer + rest of the band is also harmonizing from time to time). I love the song, maybe not ma no 1 from last album but for sure it is one of these song I really love :). Especially this primal sounds after bridge is mega mazing :). It could be even longer for me :).

i think it's about the forbidden fruit from the tree of knowledge and how it is important to take another bite. adams first wife, lilith, is the archetype of a witch. she is the snake in the play. this adam and eve story will always remind to the fictional 'five monkeys experiment'. thanks for reacting.

This is one of my favorite live performances from Aurora. If this is your first time hearing her sing live, you chose a great song. Her Earth Chants in this performance are some of my favorites. The backing vocals are not live.

Aurora is not religious, but she made an album which was inspired by greek mythology (The Gods We Can Touch)
