In order to put your lg top loader washer i to diagnostic mode follow the sequence
Press power button till it shows - - -
Than press cycles and special use button at the same time.
Than it will go to diagnostics mode.
U can press start button after that to go through cycles.

@@harrytech179hey I went to do a load no power, used my multimeter and found the control panel didn’t have continuity so replaced it with a “refurbished” one. Installed it wife said it threw a code Knut she started it anyways and it wouldn’t stop filling up, got similar code 603 followed by 9, tried to drain got OE, pulled out shop vac sucked it out. Tried to do a load with nothing and it just stayed on load sensing, I eventually heard it try and drain and I heard some grinding. Sounds like it might be the pump but why would a pump break and control panel at the same time? I’d appreciate any advise. First I thought the refurbished control panel that was tested, isn’t working properly now I don’t know. I guess I try and do a spin and see if I hear what I thought I heard.😊

2. Press START/PAUSE button.
: 1 time Main version
: 2 times Display version
: 3 times Inlet valve check mode
: 4 times Cold valve, bleach valve
: 5 times Rinse valve, hot valve
: 6 times Jet spray valve
: 7 times Heater check
: 8 times Alph check
: 9 times Pump check

There was no issue with washer. I put that video just coz there was no video on TH-cam for this model.
