It didn't glitch,he just did it wrong. When you put in the bottle and put it in the driver,if you don't press the button,it stays in the mode for when you have the hazard trigger on the driver and henshin into blood. If you push the button it goes into the great cross-z mode and does the "YEAH!"

You do realize that in the movie ino kengo use great cross z dragon and hazard trigger to transform into kamen rider blood right ?

@@rykkerjones786 Nah, the Hazard Trigger doesn't interact with anything else it's if you "wake up" the dragon or not.
