Feels like instead of the 2 level 10 xyz dreadnought monsters you could just run Draglubion and number 100 for quick OTKs with the Horus cards when the opportunity arises, and maybe you can find a way to run number 90 as well.
Min 43: They cant use Little Knight effect to banish, cause they summoned it using 2 effect monsters that arent XYX, Link, Fusion or Synchro. That is a condition to get that effect. Otherwise, I think they would banish your Eldlicht from GY.
I'm glad to see that the 60 card variant is holding up, and I'm shocked to hear that you haven't faced endless waves of Snake Eye Fire King decks. I was cruising along with the 40 card list for budget reasons and Snake eyes went from a 70/30 matchup in my favor to 80/20 in theirs when the new pack dropped. Looks like I'll take a YuGiOh hiatus until the next season when I can get some UR dust from the season pass thing.

It's definately something worth testing, but my initial thoughts are that it's like a lot of floodgates, where it helps going 1st but isn't as good going 2nd, especially since it seems like a lot of board end on 2-3 different kinds of extra deck monsters. I could be wrong though, worth testing!
I have a question, will there be a video of horus eldlich adventure? I remember before the horus came to the game there was the adventure horus eldlich deck, it would be cool to see if adventure works better than diabelstar or the opposite in a eldlich horus deck.

In the horus control game you could've went chain link 2 conq chain link 3 scarlet to the evenly so you can get lord and scarlet in grave

The problem with that is that your opponent can just imperm numeron dragon and it gets to 0 atk

banishing the birds with ice dragon's prison has been the solution to fire king for me, maybe you can try that

Laggia couldnt negate lord's effect to summon because laggia only negates inherent summons, not summons by card effect
