Hey, if you have problems with the climates, why don't use the climate adaptation mod? With a specific turns you can Make suitable the climate, of course you need to keep the territory to make work or you have to do it again in Zero.
i have a crazy suggestion but you know you could displace the dwarves from thr mountains and maybe fuuuuund the norscans so they destot the empire and then you take their land ha ha !!!THE COLONISATION OF INDIGENOUS TRIBES HAS BEGUN

Just a general fun kislev play through for anyone looking for it. One of Katarina's remodel mods makes her look almost vampy, then i use servantes umpire and gloomist mods to make kislev a lil more spooky then you basically start the campaign as normal but after dealing with the norscans yoy genocide the dirty trees and give all the settlements to vladdy daddy and make friends with him. This just overall makes the campaign feel very different and imo is really fun

Since you plan to confederate Boris, all that Chaotic Wastes up north after you kill Archaon, Daniel, and probably Epidemius can be traded over to Malice to keep him happy and not have to war with the Delfs. Norsca being changed to mountain and waste terrain instead of mountain and chaotic wastes means you can hold all the mountain terrain and some of the wastes that are needed to complete provinces and if you go to war with Chorfs to the west you can trade all those full waste Provinces to Malakai to get him as an ally for some arty.
Malus is a good idea. I guess he's ... basically the only 'reasonable' option up there.

Heck yeah, this is going to be good. SFO Kislev, with the new update. And if I could suggest a unit name: Scions of Wojtek, for Bear Cav. Wojtek was the name of the bear adopted by the Free Polish unit the 22nd Artillery, who would travel with them everywhere. Given the rank of Corporal so it could still travel with them.
