So What is Mental Omega?
Mental Omega is a free unofficial expansion pack for Command & Conquer Red Alert 2 Yuri's Revenge.
It started off as a balance modification created by Speeder and Mevitar and first released in 2005. After a few years, it had grown into an unofficial sequel with new campaigns for the Allies, Soviets, and Yuri. Version 3.3 marks the end of the long road and the final release in the Mental Omega series.
Enhanced with the powerful Ares Expansion DLL, Mental Omega 3.3 introduces an entirely new faction to the play: the powerful and technologically advanced Foehn Revolt, as well as continues to bring new features to C&C Red Alert 2 Yuri’s Revenge while maintaining a strong sense of gameplay balance.
i decided to upload most the unit voicelines from the mod for Everyone to hear or at least support the mod to inform others that CnC Lives is not dead! i didn't include some Voicelines of units that are already in Red Alert 2 or Yuri's Revenge such as the GI or Prism Tank.
also some of the Hero Units Quotes will be at a separate Video.

Soviet: Brute force, war machines and Tesla
Epsilon: Mind-control, stealth and chemical weapons
Foehn: Robotics, Nanomachines and Wind
I just love how metal the Marauder's voicelines are.

To be sure, Oxidizer weapons are Chemical in working according to Mental Omega wiki, they use Chemical to make the structure of Aircraft can be ruptured easily, allowing the Aircraft to take more damage
They "oxidize" the armor
I dunno why but Archer's voice actor sounds like a slightly or -1 pitched Xavier Renegade Angel. Coolest Mutant in the whole Epsilon HQ.
