So What is Mental Omega?
Mental Omega is a free unofficial expansion pack for Command & Conquer Red Alert 2 Yuri's Revenge.
It started off as a balance modification created by Speeder and Mevitar and first released in 2005. After a few years, it had grown into an unofficial sequel with new campaigns for the Allies, Soviets, and Yuri. Version 3.3 marks the end of the long road and the final release in the Mental Omega series.
Enhanced with the powerful Ares Expansion DLL, Mental Omega 3.3 introduces an entirely new faction to the play: the powerful and technologically advanced Foehn Revolt, as well as continues to bring new features to C&C Red Alert 2 Yuri’s Revenge while maintaining a strong sense of gameplay balance.

Huntress voiceline is the voice of Hijacker from Tiberian Twilight.
Buzzard is modified voiceline of Viper Gunship from Tiberium Wars.
I just include it so people wouldn't bother that i missed some quotes. also there's a few mistakes in the video.

I remember reading one of MO’s posts for unit voice auditions. They recommended using quotes from previous units of C&C.
Same function as well, Huntress will hijack enemy vehicles. Aside from eating enemy infantry for breakfast. Better think twice before sending those Apocalypse tanks with escorts or I will take them, permanently
Foehn is incredibly versatile as their units are dual functions but. They are expensive as hell. If you have a margin of error playing other factions, you have none in Foehn. All moves must be calculated as all losses are expensive. Yuri is a fucking cheapskate (yeah ever had an economy like Yuri? Even Allies with Ore Purifier or Soviets with Industrial Plant cannot win, Initiates are cheap, expendable, but effective, not to mention the unholy Cloning vats + barracks + genetic mutator + grinder combo)

Don't underestimate him , they are good and viable in most tactical even , sige , fast ambush with spinning blade also it low cost you can make them as swarm to be a shield while push aswell and very job done stuns that counter most other Hero to easy clear kill also in lately patch they immune that cannot be attacked by Attack Dogs, Spooks, Desolators/Eradicators, Syckles and Zorbtrotters/Zorbfloaters

I just wanna appreciate how well the "One Final Chance track" fits well with the Boidmachine and Quetzal's voicelines. The changes of pace in the track coming with BM's "The Heavens will come crashing down" and Quetzal's "Change is in the air!" are wonderfuly synchronized!

Leviathan's "How's it looking out there" makes the unit sound so well seasoned in the field. Another favorite of mine's Pteranadon 😁 the death sounds especially lol
You can hear that Leviathan the Foehn's carrier have some similar voiceline to Allied's carrier Enterprise.
Foehn revolt are the combination of Allied remnants, Chinese-Pacific revolts and Rashidi with probably some of his close men, causing them to adapt and improve technology from these factions, Leviathan is the clear example.
