So What is Mental Omega?
Mental Omega is a free unofficial expansion pack for Command & Conquer Red Alert 2 Yuri's Revenge.
It started off as a balance modification created by Speeder and Mevitar and first released in 2005. After a few years, it had grown into an unofficial sequel with new campaigns for the Allies, Soviets, and Yuri. Version 3.3 marks the end of the long road and the final release in the Mental Omega series.
Enhanced with the powerful Ares Expansion DLL, Mental Omega 3.3 introduces an entirely new faction to the play: the powerful and technologically advanced Foehn Revolt, as well as continues to bring new features to C&C Red Alert 2 Yuri’s Revenge while maintaining a strong sense of gameplay balance.
i decided to upload most the unit voicelines from the mod for Everyone to hear or at least support the mod to inform others that CnC Lives is not dead! i didn't include some Voicelines of units that are already in Red Alert 2 or Yuri's Revenge such as the GI or Prism Tank or voicelines borrowed from other games such as Tiberian Wars and of course the infamous Tiberian Twilight.
also some of the Hero Units Quotes will be at a separate Video.

I like how both Foehn and Epsilon, the two most technologically superior factions, both broke away from the Soviets, the most technologically inferior faction in the game.
Foehn is from the Soviet Union in general, put is actually from China and is partially from the Pacific Front
they have Allied tech as well. their tempest architect was based off the weather control device. they just perfected it and made the blast radius accurate, unlike the lightning storm's random strikes
Though the Iron Dragon is a prototype of what would become the Harbinger and Boidmachine's main weapon (the Particle Collider) it is easily superior to those two in terms of raw damage output.
yeah, Foehn is basically China, PF, Scorpion Cell and whatever left on America and Europe combined
@@odakidakida9193 also Russia if you count them since we don't know what happened to the moon base survivors. they may or not join Foehn however since the mod didn't not include act 3 then we might imagine that they may join foehn or get wiped out.

I hate borillos if you're battling the Soviets. Their armor is so tough that it defeats the purpose of the tank. Even using anti tank units against them is more tougher than handling ordinary Soviet tanks. And don't get me started on the Armadillos!
Yea, if you're fight Soviet, always build your MBT coz they're the only ones that can deal with these Borillos before getting access to air units... these dudes will just eat your infantries and pillboxes

A Commissar would have been a good concept for a unit, it could have healed nearby units and units would take less damage prone, and they will "inspire" units, and make them deal more damage, move faster, and make special attacks last longer.
maybe make it a healing aura instead of direct healing because there's already the allied field medic

Yes some units are inspired from other games like Fin from Foehn who has a space marine model or also from foehn , the hunter who has halo elite with an energy sword model

it's a Soviet stolen unit. you can get it by letting a saboteur (Soviet spy) infiltrate a Soviet conyard + palace/atomheart/battle lab
