Nice videos! Enjoying watching these kinds. What I normally do is use wax and grease remover on the hard body filler ( Putty ) before sanding and it makes it so much easier and faster.
can remember my first ever job(self taught).used 5 entire buckets of upol bodyfiller on the door of a caved van. now i use 2 skims if your lucky. wat was i thinking haha.
I was about to say "Why would you spread up and down when each time the edge of the squeegee leaves a distortion" But then he went to long ways and made it nice and smooth he's already 1/2 way there to getting it straight before he even sands it. I'll never understand guys who put it on rough and lumpy it looks like they mixed dirt in with it. A good tip take a compas and set the width on the left 1/4 well than come back and draw a line so you know exactly where the line should be.
Excellent finish. That ultraviolet light speeds up the process nicely. I will have the electric da sander when I can find it. Thanks Edwin. Have a Merry Christmas and Happy New year. Take care.

End result is good. But you should start with a little heavier grit sandpaper... Man you had to work it! Your shoulder's gonna wear out in a few yrs if you continue like that... No fun getting out of bed in the morning with pain, not being able to put on your own socks... Work smart, not hard!
Al plastico del paragolpes tendría que haber usado antes del aparejo un adherente de plasticos y en la chapa tendría que haber usado antes del aparejo una mano de imprimacion fosfatante o acid primer para evitar problemas de corrosión. MAL!!
La masilla no se puede aplicar encima de la imprimación fosfatante. Lo de la imprimación para plásticos si, pero ya hay muchos aparejos que están fabricados para aplicar sobre plástico .
Jorge Robres Mendiz si lees bien mi comentario, no he dicho que de la imprimacion fosfatante a la chapa y encima la Masilla(se de sobra que no se puede porque alrededor de la fosfatante se iria levantando la masilla), sino antes de aparejar a las calvas de chapa descubierta aplique la imprimacion fosfatante y al plastico el promotor adherente, despues ya sí el aparejo. Existen imprimaciones que valen sobre plasticos y tambien sobre la chapa, e incluso (yo la tengo) las hay que valen para ambas cosas a la vez, pero ya que subes un video a youtube lo minimo que puede hacer es especificar que producto está usando para cada material mas que nada para que; ya que se es un profesional si te vé otro profesional no te ponga ningun "pero" de algún paso no correcto. (yo lo hago) Espero haber resuelto tu comentario.

Is putty bad for the new coat? I read from somewhere bubbles usually form on the paint above it.
It's not bad, there must be a fault in the working proces if bubbles appair.
