    Wow Juliette believe me that was not a ramble. That was more inspiring than any other person had ever given. You explained everything that we need to know as women with all of our binges health and concerns to get in shape and healthy. You have done a fantastic job.       Well done you really explaining things well and how to go about making extremely small steps turn into larger step to our journeys xx I started in January cutting down on amount food and making effort to get my steps in and lost 11lb but your right I wanted to loose stone but wasn't happening so I started thinking a pound in couple months I'd be happy and I started noticed difference 😊your doing brilliant 👏

    You have done so well and l'm so happy you have changed your lifesyle and eating habits.

    Watching this is massive for me I have got children and the last 2 were twin girls I hate my belly it still looks pregnant I have anxiety and depression due to a very tramaic event I've been through I often eat loads of crappy foods I think more so out of being lonely although I don't eat much crap anymore but I find I start to keep healthy but let myself down seeing you put this on has motivated me so much and anything is possible even if we are full time mums thank you xxx🥰

    Well done Juliette , I have been put on saxenda by my doctor , have lost 3 stone so far since end of April , pre diabetes , high blood pressure , and they found I have A fib too so I passed the criteria to be given it , I find intermittent fasting working , well done u look fabulous u done it on your own so happy for you ❤🥰🥰🥰💖💖💖💖💖💖 sorry u went through a hard time , but u look and I hope u feel as fab 💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜

    Juliette Ive been following your beautiful channel for some time now.
    I cannot tell you how moved and inspired I was whilst watching this video today.
    What you said about being healthy for your beautiful boys and future grandchildren totally resonates with me.
    Im 48 and like you have proven no matter what age you are its never too late to make changes. I went out yesterday with my own two boys and we did 20,000 steps!!!! Partly due to your wonderful example.
    Every woman, particularly mum’s like us who are trying our best need to see this video.
    You are brave and utterly fabulous xxx

    Congratulations Juliette you look amazing I’ve been on a journey too I’m riddled with arthritis and got a lot of metal in my leg I joined a gym I now go 6 days a week I love it my pain have considerably lessened I’ve met a lot of new friends too MyFitnessPal and a Fitbit watch have kept me motivated I’m 59 I’ve never been so fit and healthy I also do classes at the gym love yoga x

    Brand new subscriber. Just saw your Primark try-on haul. Everything looked gorgeous on you. I too have binge eating tendencies. I've put on a great deal of weight in a few years (a lot of it went on post-Pandemic) and I am currently watching and recording what I eat. I genuinely hate the way I look at the moment as I've never been this weight before.     Wow you look bloody amazing. Im so glad you mentioned the fasting bit, i did intermittent fast for 12hrs and it give me really bad headaches, im terrified of going to a gym as i suffer with anxiety. And you made it sound alot abetter i wouldnt of thought someone else could be there like myself. I still havent signed up to a gym. But i have managed to loose 3stone on my own "yes" i was like you a binge eater on a night time ive cut all that out. But im finding it hard to give up or reduce my suger intake. My weight when i first started my journey was 15stone now im down to 12stone 10lbs. I was a size 16 in clothes and im now a size 12. But i went pat vegan but still ate things chicken.
    I was on epilepsy medication for migraines and gained weight fast and it depressed me. And im now post menopausal, and that added weight. Ive come along way in last 9month. And im 💯 % proud youve found away you feel confident in yourself again. Sorry if i went on a ramble with you. Wishing you all the best in journey you have come so far

    Well done Juliette you are glowing so helpful and inspiring too you hit the nail on the head tho with the emotional goal rather than the weight goal, I would love to do a step class as I used to be a dancer I do spin as I enjoy it but I do suffer with gym anxiety too and I'm a new mum so making excuses that spin class is my babies bedtime so not been for a while, I'll look forward to see your step videos maybe ill end up buying a step and doing it at home xx

    Wow Juliet you have done Fantastic ! in loosing your weight which you have wanted to loose. At the end of the day it is all down to Will Power.
    If you want something enough you WILL work hard enough to do like you have yourself.
    People who put on unwanted weight on is most of the time the cause of unwanted health issues . It isn’t just eating certain foods ( which yes you have to eat certain foods) but it is also doing exercise and moving your body. Doing walking and swimming is the best overall exercise you can do. 1,000 steps a day doesn’t take that long to do only a hour walk in the morning or a hour walk in the afternoon.
    As I said in the beginning Juliet you have done SO great and I bet you feel better for doing this. You should be really PROUD of your achievement . Your. work outs and mindset has paid off .

    I have taken so much from this video Juliette, I’m not one for going to a gym and prefer to exercise at home, the calorie deficit makes total sense and it’s something I am going to try. Can I ask your opinion on the portable home treadmill you recently shown, I’m thinking of getting one if they’re any good. You look amazing and have done so well, you should feel so proud of yourself……well done🥰

    Brilliant video I’m having lots of health issues at the minute- under active thyroid, prediabetic, I’m only 51 and I needed to hear this today. So inspiring . Well done you look fantastic. Also as another wine lover , can I ask what you do about that? Have you cut it down? Come up with alternatives? Any tips re alcohol would be grateful x

      Thank you so much Julie, so sorry to hear you are having problems but so grateful this video helped you. So with wine I cut it down to start with and also did things like making spritzers instead with diet free lemonade to make a larger drink with fewer calories. After a while I almost cut it out completely just because i wanted to prioritise other things with my calories. I still have a drink but just rarely now and it’s actually benefited me in so many other ways too. I feel my sleep is much better and I get night sweats less too! If I do drink now, like I say I have a spritzer or vodka with diet lemonade and a spice of lime. Xx

    Great video. I'm 57 and need to lose weight. I'm aloo post menopausal. I fully understand what you're saying. I have fibromyalgia and arthritis. I'm also allergic to anti-inflammatory medicines.     Hi Juliette, loved the video, everything you've been feeling about yourself is exactly how i feel. Tried loads of diets, lost weight then put it all back on again, got to the secret eating point too ........ but im Inspired by your journey. I have a quick question though, is the link for the electrolytes what you used for the water detox you mentioned? I feel it would be a good way to restart and cleanse. How many times a day did you have this and was this the only thing you had for 3 days? xxx

    I just hate exercise!!!!!! I had a hysterectomy - (always had problems, endometriosis), now I have ulcerative pan colitis - well past 20 years!!! anyway had the hysterectomy and put on 40 lbs!!!!! (no-one tells you about that) I have lost most of it but - it was through other circumstances...... stress, etc.... but all of a sudden I turned 60 this year and thought "omg"!!!! what next lol

    I'm 6 months late watching your video. Thank you so much I understand the trigger reference and even though I'm almost 60 I never released I was a binge eater this alone was revelation then I did as uou said looked up my bmr it was 1,600 cals I've been using ww app and I like my food and binge eat so have been filling up on 0 point ( nothing os 0 point really is it all foods have calories) my calorie consumption today was 2245 cals .. almost 1000 cals over my bmr ...so thank you again for a definitely non ramble extremely informative video

      Gail… you are not 6 months late at all. Your comment has made my day because the main reason I made this video was to help others who were also struggling with weight loss. We are surrounded by so much information and Influencers these days trying to sell the dream or a magic remedy and what we need reminding is sometimes the basics are what can help the most. It can be really shocking to realise how much we are actually eating. I was appalled by how many calories I was eating and I genuinely thought I didn’t eat much and was in such denial as to why I’d put in so much weight.     So found your video due to searching for primark haul and commented to hubs about how your figure seemed so similar and sort of my goal of what I want to look like ( have lost 80 pounds which is just under 6 stone) and sadly look a bit like a deflated ballon in my bust. Then saw your latest video about weight loss and wanted to search more and found this one. You look amazing. Just because I have never heard of it, are you still fasting? Do you eat normal food? It helps so much with that food noise and all that emotional eating and the like

      So no I haven’t done any extended fasts since my original 3 day one but I do want to do another one at some point but more for the health benefits as opposed to the weight loss. If you search 72 hour fast on youtube there is so much information on them from doctors aswell and it has really helped me with my emotional eating for sure. I suppose I do still intermittent fasting in a way as I dont always have breakfast or sometimes skip my evening meal, I just tend to eat when I’m hungry now. I try to eat a balanced diet, I’m not a vegetarian or anything so just eat a regular balanced diet. I also haven’t cut out “forbidden foods” I just make sure I’m in a calorie deficit. Some weeks I eat healthier than others but I feel it’s definitely more of a maintainable lifestyle this way. I hope that helps. I will be doing a what I eat in a day video very soon as it’s been the most requested video so hoping to get one filmed this week ❤️ xxx

    It can be done. For me l thought it was all about dieting and exercising till you dropped dead and that would be exactly what ld do and I'd lose a ton of weight but then it would all come back and more..
    Then l changed my strategy after l lost my job...I ate the same but would take my dogs out daily come rain or shine for a couple of hours each. Within the year l went from a size 16/18 to 8/10. That was eight years ago and lve kept it off...

      Thank you so much Lorraine. Honestly like I said you really shouldn’t be. But I totally get it. People would think I’m really confident but I’m actually quite the opposite especially on my own going into a busy place. I used to park up and not even be able to go in. I started one day by just driving there going in going to the changing rooms walking round and going home. Then I signed up to a class which gave me that initial push. I wish I could be a gym buddy to people who were nervous because once you get over that initial hurdle you would be fine xxxx❤️

      And for this question 😊 I used my fitness pal. I don’t use it at the moment as I’m pretty comfortable with most things in my diet now but if I make a new meal it still comes in really handy ❤️ I would highly recommend it for the first few weeks/months just to get grips with what you’re currently eating and you may find you like if that much you stick with it xxxx I hope all of this helps xxxx

    When you did the water fasting hoe much water did you drink per day and did you add the electrolytes to ever glass of water. Xx

      Hi Emma, so I aimed to drink at least 2 litres a day but found I was drinking more like 3 because it really helped with the hunger and then the electrolytes; I was having a tablet dissolved in a pint of water about 3 times a day. This was really good because being flavoured it really satisfied a craving of just tasting something. I think that’s the only thing I missed. Flavour! 😂 Hope this helps xxx
