Great tutorial, what I like are the mistakes, it's reassuring as someone new to drawing that mistakes are allowed and can be part of the fun.
Thank you so much! Absolutely, as you can say: My drawing , my rules! 😎😅🖋️👍
Yes I took out a piece of paper and black ink and had great fun. So helpful! I am in the Maryborough Qld Australia Urban Sketching group and there are many beautiful buildings and windows to draw and I can never quite work out my approach. Thank you for the tutorial.
Thank you so much for your interesting feedback, so keep it up 🖋️👍
That was a fun tutorial to watch and follow along with you. I'm not as fast and had to stop the video a few times.. lol , but will definitely try this again while sitting watching tv and need something to entertain and keep my hands busy. Thanks for sharing your talents with us.
Well that’s why I am so happy to share my experience here at youtube 🖋️👍 for such friendly and motivating feedback! Thanks for that!

Very inspirational. Thank you sir. I am going right now to fill up my fountain pens. Time to give them exercise:)
😅👍🖋️ … great, keep it up!
I'm about to start inking and colouring a very technical building elevation and this tutorial caught my attention just in time. I want it to look more like 'art' and less like 'architecture'. So I will be practicing my windows this afternoon! Thank you again.
Thank you so much for your interesting feedback! At my channel there are mostly topics about drawing cityscapes and so on 💯🖋️👍
Observing how you welcome little accidents into you work, is pure inspiration. Thank you for sharing.
That’s great to read! So every fail is the chance for a new solution 👍
Thanks Martin, I am just starting my journey into ink drawing and watercolour. The way you turn your mistakes into positive outcomes such as buying the wrong ink but finding ways to use it in your work gives me great confidence to experiment and not be afraid to make mistakes. As I am new to this, any tutorials are more than welcome.
Thanks so much. Such an excellent tutorial. I love how you easily incorporate major ink splatters into the sketch. I am learning so much with your tutorials and shorts.
That’s what’s motivating me, to read such positive and friendly feedback! Thank you so much 💯🖋️👍
Thanks for sharing these great ideas for ink and watercolor painting. I really do like those ideas and all of your work.
The pen pressure and pen lines are very unique. Your bold and playful shading also seems to come from many years of experience.
Thanks a lot! Well I am drawing over decades 🖋️👍
Great!
Thank you! 💯🖋️👍
Thanks Martin, lovely tutorial! Would love to see something on how you mix your colors, especially in your cityscapes. Cheers!
Thank you! Good idea, days ago I was thinking about talking about my colour concept, so I think will be on air soon 💯🖋️👍

Martin, you and your happy little accidents 😊. Your shading and shadows is exemplary andI feel an urge to draw windows in forests 😅
😂😂👍 … hmmm That would be worth thinking about 😎
merci pour le partage de la vidéo et des explications
Thank you for video!
Super awesome lesson Sir
Thanks a ton!
Very nice, thank you👍
😁👍
I struggle with shadows because they don’t flow naturally if the light comes from the right hand side as I’m a left hander. I try to switch the light source position to come in from the left but get confused 😕. Probably because I’m not purely left handed…but will persevere!
What an interesting feedback! I never thought about this! Thank you very much for your comment! Keep it up! I will try to change the light direction to see how it works for me, in one of my upcoming videos 🖋️👍
