While I hate to see a goalie get injured, I love the fact that a guy sitting upstairs eating chips gets a chance to suit up.

Yeah he is fast becoming one of my least favourite players. He had a few questionable plays against the Avs the other day.
Even as a Sharks fan, it's tough to defend some of the things he does. To be fair, the hit in this particular video didn't look malicious at all. He got E-L off balance trying to win position going into the boards and it didn't appear that Kane went after his head on impact. E-L just went in at an awkward angle

I thought it was worth 2 and a 10 minute misconduct, myself. Wilson has a reputation. Oshie doesn't have one yet.
Its a minor because the principle POC (point of contact) was the shoulder. It was a bit late which is why its only interference

Philly hasn’t had a full roster since 2 minutes into the season they lost couturier, then they lost myers and ghost got covid and they called up frost who got injured and they called up a DMan who got injured for 1 game.. Tough for them
With the Bruins missing Pasta, Grzelcyk, and Kase it should be a good game.
@@rocco2238 Should be yes only shitty thing is the flyers trained and practiced with everyone and slowly lost 1 player per game and haven’t had a chance to build on any chemistry or consistency, short term injuries though they should be back in about 1-2 weeks
@@rocco2238 Yeah but the Bruins have been practicing without their pieces since camp AND haven't been playing short benched. Flyers lost all but ghost mid-season, *mid-game* and have had to make up for them on the fly (no pun intended). They've literally played more time with a short bench than they have with a full one since the start of season and it shows in the TOI - Provorov has played almost 60 minutes in the past 2 games to make up for the loss of d-men mid game (27 the night they lost Myers, 30 after Friedman) Boston's had time to make adjustments, Flyers have had 2 days at most between series, and it feels like by the time the next game ends they'll be making all new ones

Bortuzzo hit should’ve been suspended and now that stone hit in bozak should be a suspension
Problem is player safety says both hits were hits that should’ve been called by on ice officials so they aren’t doing anything

Idk why include Blais's hit on Toews, the colorado avalache announcers overreacted for a guy that wasn't even injured, just put himself in a vulnerable position to get hit. He saw Blais coming in, and dropped his head, rather than stand tall and take the hit
Varlamovs neck guard seems pretty useless
A neck cant protect from that hard of a shot
Neck Guard isn't meant to cover where the shot landed. Usually the piece hanging down from the chin of his mask would take most of the force, but the laces of it were tied too tight so it didn't hang low enough, and the puck went right through the gap.
how was the Oshie hit, Interference? the Pittsburgh player had just got rid of the puck a half-second before the hit! SMH!
