    Should point out that testing the nerve by flexing your hand can cause issues and discomfort from more than just compression from elbow down. If there’s nerve root damage or compression around c7c6 etc saying that differentiates it from cervical issues is simply incorrect

    When I had my arm out straight and tilted my head like that it felt like a shock went through my arm.

    @GangdamStyle20 bro I did pronation curls with heavy weight until failure it was my first time but after that I got some prblm while armwresling I cant feel my pronator muscle bro I cant use pronator muscle my pronator muscle got numb what is solution for this bro 😭😭
