They worked everyday through the winters with only Thanksgiving and Christmas days off, regardless of the temperatures and the weather. It is hard work.

I started watching your videos way back when you just started posting about the $7000 mansion and I love watching you explain all the ins and outs of running a farm and of course all the house related content. You have a teachers heart.
Hey Cole, I've been following your channel, probably the better part of 4 years or so. I've really enjoyed watching you and Roman and the rest of your group working on the house and the farm. I always look forward to seeing your video when it comes up. I wanted to thank you for the very interesting seminar on financials. I see it's gotten some positive response in the comments, so I'm not going to go on and on about it, but definitely, you get two thumbs up for that. Thank you so much for sharing all the ins and outs of the farm it is really quite interesting. I'm a city boy myself and have been for some 60 years. So it's very interesting getting your take on business and life. Keep it up, like so many of your viewers. I really enjoyed seeing your adventures. I'm looking forward to seeing you get back into working on the interior of the house. And I'm also going to be really interested in what your equipment choices are for the Underground movie theater. I'm quite the home theater enthusiast myself, but I've never imagined taking on an endeavor of that size. So I'm very eager to see how it plays out. Best wishes to you and your family in the new year and to your buddies who work with you. Also, tell your buddy Roman I get a big kick out of him. I think he is really an interesting fellow! When I was your age and running the family farm, I had the same attitude as you. Somewhere along the way, I stopped contributing to my Roth IRA and now that I'm retirement age, I have very little to show for my efforts. To those out there who are young, don't do as I have. Your efforts you do now when you're young will be paid back exponentially when you're my age. Cole, I love your attitude and wanting to continuing learning. You are much appreciated. Take care...be safe.
I'm always impressed with you Cole. You have really worked hard to learn how to do the best for your family! I really wish I had learned some of these things when I was your age. I'm sure my life would be completely different right now. Really enjoy your videos!
You are so efficient with your money and by that, what I really mean is you make your money do more than one thing at a time just as you do with so much of the physical labor things you do on your farm. You work and think so efficiently and so smartly and you share things so well. Great job and wow - I can't tell you how impressed I am over this build. I can't even imagine doing this but not only are you building a great home - you've learned so many skills and information that will benefit you and your entire (extended too) family the rest of your life and your children's lives. wow.

Hey Cole, how about putting a time capsule outside the basement when you backfill, a hard drive with this entire series, photos of you, Nave and the boys, newspaper and other stuffs of today.
Cole, I am very impressed with the work ethic of you and your crew, including your dad. Keep up the good work !
Will be awesome for your kids and grandkids to see everything you've accomplished on the farm since he beginning and how hard you guys work!!
Cole I love when you go into your educational and financial life, especially in the tax area. You are so informative and a great asset to your family and farm , thank you for sharing your knowledge!!
Cole you are truly blessed with a great family and friends may GOD richly BLESS you and your family love you guys ❤
I hope Cole realizes he is responsible for cleaning and oiling the forms before returning them or he'll be facing a substantial cleaning penalty.
Great job Cole! Keep the videos coming! I so appreciate you! See you in the next one! 💯😉❤️🙏
I suggest running a magnet all around to pick up any remaining metal. That will endure that no one steps on any and gets hurt.
Dave is great! I've been following him since I was 18. Dramatically changed my financial situation!
Great video and advice. My wife and i have been following Dave Ramsays advice since the mid 90s for personal and our business. Been a very stress free life for us.
That was surprisingly more exciting than I thought it would be :) Thanks for the content Cole!!
We always say " a clean workplace, is a safe workplace"
Winter can't stop Cole!
Hey Cole. Now I have to stop cleaning my house and watch your video! I am so glad I got to see Justin. Made my day .lol adding more to my post. lol Nice Bump out!!! Looks good!
If your tire of the movie theater, you could make an indoor aquatic center!
Dave Ramsey's program is amazing and helped my husband and I to get out of debt, and now enjoying retirement!!!
You guy are some hard-working guys .
I wish Cole would do a separate video JUST FOR THE FARMING STUFF. I tend to fast forward thru that piece just to watch his progress on his home.
I do really enjoy watching the longer videos. I first started watching him when he did the massive farm cleanup and have been hooked ever since.
@@carrolholck823amazing how he did great job clean whole place and building fresh new home as remodeling and theater and look great for his nice home and farms 😅
@@carrolholck823I agreed with that wow great job Cole and the crews 😊
Love watching you and your family Cole. Please tell Rowan and his wife congratulations on the new baby. Thank you.
Roman
Very good video. You have a very good way of explaining things whether it is farm, construction or financial related. I love all your videos. I started watching your videos way back when you just started posting about the $7000 mansion and I love watching you explain all the ins and outs of running a farm and of course all the house related content. You have a teachers heart.
I bet Justin wasn't worried, but I worried that snow on the plastic was going to tumble down and get him wet!
One last thing, I'm extremely impressed with your work ethic. Best regards, Dave
The voice of 12 hours later : Daddy Cornstar!💪🥶
Sounds like an AI voice to me
I'm 61 years old. I learned some things today from a 27 year old. ASMR is watching your videos. Thank you!
Excellent discussion, Cole - THX. I'm forwarding it to our grandkids Today!
Thank you Cole, and you're welcome for me tuning in, so your TH-cam channel will help fund Neva's and your future further efforts for twin baby girls! 🙏🙂👍🎈🎈
Twin baby girls?
Good Team work you all😊. Looking good😊
38:22 this is actually good advice especially for owner operators, could help a lot of them out as I know a lot fail a few times around.
I'm thinking that you might have a motivational speaker role in that deck of cards you mentioned. Very impressed. If more folks thought about things the way you do this country would be in much better shape!
Cole, the finance and tax talk was amazing! I’m a small business owner and it makes me crazy when I find out how little tax planning or emergency funds they have available.
You high school teacher did a lot of good teaching this.
Also, you should pay everyone a salary and utilize a 401k plan.
Great advise Cole! And congratulations on all your many accomplishments! God bless you and your beautiful family!
Wow, just awesome! Your humility makes it special.
Lol random Subway sign on the floor in the shop ... im guessing a Cooper project?
I'm always impressed with you Cole. You have really worked hard to learn how to do the best for your family! I really wish I had learned some of these things when I was your age. I'm sure my life would be completely different right now. Really enjoy your videos!
Ready for the finished basement
You are so efficient with your money and by that, what I really mean is you make your money do more than one thing at a time just as you do with so much of the physical labor things you do on your farm. You work and think so efficiently and so smartly and you share things so well. Great job and wow - I can't tell you how impressed I am over this build. I can't even imagine doing this but not only are you building a great home - you've learned so many skills and information that will benefit you and your entire (extended too) family the rest of your life and your children's lives. wow.
Hello Cole,
Have you also thought about insulating the outside before closing it up? It will help keep it warmer from the ground. Be sure to seal everything up from outside in. Check your out the Perkins brothers. Matt Rislenger is great on the build show too. Look into insulation as well as waterproofing. Love the videos but you do have a tendency to explain too much when we can see what you are doing. Keep up the great work our whole family loves to see the progress and look forward to your videos. We watch daddy cornstarch too.❤😊
Sorry about spelling, self correction just before posting AI stupid.
Cole, is doing an excellent job targeting the visual, auditory, and tactical learners that are his viewers. 😊
He discussed insulating in the last video.
