@@azenshio for personal safety no it's not for the relationship tho it is...you can move fast in the relationship and move in together...sometimes it can work out but alot of times it doesnt because it could put a strain on the relationship that's they're both not ready for yet and could end up not only single but kicked outta house if it turns out to be really bad
It is not about that they are probably not serious about their relationship and if they break up it would be awkward
Red flags:
1. Roomates must be female only
2. Wanting to meet at 8 pm
3. Wanting you to go through the BACK door
4. A man opening the door instead of a woman
5. Only the kitchen light is on, the place is dark
6. Allowing you to only see seconds of each room, probably wanted you to miss something
7. Wanting you to go to the BASEMENT

This is pretty common actually especially in college towns. A lot of young women prefer to roommate with other women, because they are not comfortable living with men they don't know. That's why the ad was posted by a woman (or someone pretending to be a woman).
