Awe they are so sweet! The last one is definitely my favorite, I really love how the bubbles just show through the tiniest bit and I love the blue flowers the best as well! Speaking of flowers, I love how you combined the flora with the ocean theme. They're very tranquil.
They're absolutely lovely! The whales with their flower patterns are so mysterious, and the bubble backgrounds are perfect for them. It's such a pity the mold is a pain to work with though. Huh, for next week it seems weird that such a big mold with such a big hole took only a little slip.
I think these might be my favourite so far! The Bubble Glaze and the Whale motif are just gorgeous! you really get a sense of the bubbles on something like a platter - it's easy to lose that definition on smaller pieces
I really loved seeing your process. I love the quality of the bubbles showing through the whales, it's like looking at them through the surface of the water
The square shape of that platter is so beautiful. It's almost mid-century modern. I really like it. I could see you paint it with small shapes like a rounded triangle and a square that looks like loosely woven fabric. My mom and dad got a whole set in the late 50s and I'd love to have them back.
Wow Shelby, you going to the bubble technique is inspired on this rather plain platter. You elevated it to art with the hand painting and variety of underglazes. The subject and execution paired with your obvious enthusiasm makes up for any not so exciting ones in between. Thank you for sharing the detail work and transfer process. Cheers from the Midwest USA. 💜
Wonderful, Shelby! My favorites were the “moody” blue one, and the last one you showed. This series is so much fun. Have you ever said how many “mystery molds” there are?
I very much appreciate the close up technique shots! I don’t do ceramics at the moment, but I love learning about the technical side of art, and I think it’s super helpful to see how other people do things in detail. The whales are the cutest!
these are stunning!!! i absolutely love the mix of techniques you used on these. every one is so unique yet they fit together as a set very comfortably. lovely work as always!
These are gorgeous. I have a metal steamer from Germany with a fish on one side and asparagus on the other. For whatever reason this reminds me of that.
I love this series, fun seeing the new molds. Not sure why youtube recommended these video's lol. I do remember my mother "painting" ceramics back in the 80's, I remember her using like "chalks" or something though. She went to a lady down the street from us, in her shed or detached garage was full of ceramics. Not sure if she poured them or not, needless to say I was not in there often. I had to be no more then 3-5 years old.
The bubble background was so much better than for the mushrooms! It really made a statement and enhanced the whale art. Can see these selling very fast.
The light blue with the navy blue flowers whale platter is so lovely and is definitely my favorite. Love the bubble border on it too! This mold is so cool when it turns out, but it sucks it’s not too easy to work with:(
You are so adorable and so fun to watch! The whales swimming in the bubbles make me so happy! 🥰
These are BEAUTIFUL 😍 The bubbles are so cool and the whale that you drew is just so perfect for these plates
Those platters would be great to serve Sushi on! They came out wonderful!
Wow when I saw the mold I thought it wasn't anything special but then your paint brought it to a whole other level! 💖
This is why I love following artists- because it's so magical, watching ordinary objects get turned into treasures.
Three cheers for Shelby. Always following and watching for every new upload. Thank you for all your hard work. These platters were fantastic!!!

The whales are stunning. Incredible how you turned this basic mold with your creativity and sense of beauty into art
The second whale plate with the edge bubbles makes me think of a turtle shell which I love and is my fave plate.
They're absolutely lovely! The whales with their flower patterns are so mysterious, and the bubble backgrounds are perfect for them. It's such a pity the mold is a pain to work with though.
Huh, for next week it seems weird that such a big mold with such a big hole took only a little slip.
That could be the second jug?
small jug is easier to use for pours
These are so awesome that I went, and checked your store to find all of your products sold out! Congratulations! You're killing it!
I think these might be my favourite so far! The Bubble Glaze and the Whale motif are just gorgeous! you really get a sense of the bubbles on something like a platter - it's easy to lose that definition on smaller pieces

Also, these are so gorgeous! I love them so much, especially the paler ones
I love the navy colored one, it almost has a delft color way to it.
Same!!
Yay! The whales go with the bubble design perfectly and these platters look gorgeous! xx

You do the BEST bubble patterning. Most people don't get the depth and variety you achieve.
Love the bubble technique!!! Reminds me of Morpho butterfly wings!!! 🦋
The bubble glaze was such a good idea on these platters. I love the way it came out.
I’ve seen all 72 of these mild reveals. This is by far my favourite up til now. 😍
Really love the platters and how you kept to a theme/design but each one was still individual.
Wonderful, Shelby! My favorites were the “moody” blue one, and the last one you showed. This series is so much fun. Have you ever said how many “mystery molds” there are?
I love how you sketched out the flowers and then just ignored it to paint your petals 🤣
Love these platters!!! I always get so excited for Fridays just to see what you come up with for these molds.

These are gorgeous. I have a metal steamer from Germany with a fish on one side and asparagus on the other. For whatever reason this reminds me of that.
Really fabulous job! I liked the painting on of the glaze the most. It's kind of magical, the way glaze makes the design disappear and then BOOM!
I love the bubble glazes and the artwork you painted. They are beautiful with a vintage vibe.
Absolutely Love these! I think these are my favorite of the whole series. Bravo!
Beautiful! I love the bubble technique on the plates and the adorable whales.💕
