The second day of Colony being released, I conqored its INSANE solo. This map is more difficult than Black Water Canels and Angel City, and even Rise since I still have no strategy that deals wave 4 well enough.
This run is full of unfortune and mistakes, it is not elegant at all, but I really don't want totake another hour to do this again. At the end of every waves you have to deal those sniper titans conservatively, which is the main cost of time. It is boring to watch me struggling with those snipers, so plz use chpter select function to skip them.
Though, the first MASTER solo is done by imaxhyx, and his run gives me instructions. He is one of the best Scorch players in our community.

Little tip,ronin lead wall is one of the only Titan weapons that can be amped (I think by 3x as well) so you can use that to you’re advantage

Relic is an incomplete map and in high difficulty it will crash in wave 4. So may not have solo. And even its completed, its first three wave are of extremely high intensity that is impossible to solo

This is incredibly impressive. The amount of training you must have done is amazing. When i try to play hard frontier defence with random we always lose.

Ok real story, I was on holiday in Melbourne away from my pc in Sydney and while there I found this dudes channel and I liked it really well since we drove to and back. Once back I decided to use the same kit and solo on easy on a gel city and won, the next day I was looking for a new map to do and found colony and I thought it was always there and thought I was just blind or sm.
i knew as soon as the new maps came out that you would be the first to do it solo. incredible moves pilot.

In MASTER and INSANE it is impossible, but in DIFFICULT, northstar is possible Im sure

Is there a tier list for which titan is considered the best for FD?
I assume that scorch is on top considering how you’re using it here, but I’m not sure if the other titans are viable.

This map is really hard. You can die really quick. The route to the harvester is also really short. The moment they leave the open field they are pretty well covered by the building while you are left in the line of fire.

Expending your flame core while picking off the last few enemies of a wave so that you can keep stocking up on electric smoke is so smart!

You see.. all my videos are raw footages and I am not good at processing videos. And language is another problem for me since I am not a native English speaker. So probably I am not capable to do such a vid. I may give you some tips in FD: 1.Always equip counter ready and use smoke to protect yourself, because you are invisible from bots when covered by smoke 2.At the beginning you can equip tempered plating, but after being familiar with Scorch's ablities, you should equip wildfire for higher dps. Without temperwd plate you should avoid self-damaging manually. Every Scorch players in FD should know how to avoid self-damaging 3.You may watch my other vids to learn FD Scorch's playstyle: dealing huge damage while kep defenssive

Amazing run man, def one of the hardest maps to solo especially on insane since sniper titans shred your titan when trying to deal with mortars.
Out of curiosity, which maps would you say are the hardest to solo? I’ve only really tried Rise and that one was fairly simple.
You mean INSANE rise? I don't think it is simple since frequently taking care of enemies from two directions is not that easy. Among the 5 maps that Scorch able to solo, Rise usually ends in least harvester's hp, while others can even be done flawlessly

yes, and you have to clear them before the last titan or it may trigger a bug that you will never reach the completing flag of current wave
Whats the best way to level up your aegis rank in fd?
Match games until it reaches the rank you want... Another way is play private match, solo or with your friends. private match FD has buffs and no aegis limit(iirc) thus you can challenge higher difficulty for more aegis XP

Why are the insane north stars deadass harder than viper 💀 they even used a flight core like wtaf
Every titans in FD can use core, but in common cases they cannot survive before their cores ready
It can happen in Bounty Hunt too, though it's extremely rare outside of a private server.

Why run tactikill instead of extra ammo on your softball in this mode?
For this map, both are ok, extra ammo can be better. For other maps like Angel City and Kodai, instant pilot ability cooldown is important. I simply forgot to switch the attachment here

@@davidtrueblood1863 Nah, if you are a game coder of respawn and you notice that this attachment won't work in FD, what will you do then? Enable it by killing ai units in FD is reasonable and straightforward, and this is how respawn resolve it

This .. doesn't make any sense to me.
Drones, ticks, and mortar alone should have decimated the harvester from ther massively buffed damage output.

I dont understand why you dont understand, because if you try this on your own game, you can get the same result. Every player removed from the team will make harvester harder, when there is only one player presence, harvester shield can absorb two nuke titans

If you are specifying Colony solo, Ronin can only do HARD level

@@Weiss640_ For a single map, surely there are some titans competent while some are not. But even you play a meta titan, you still need to learn many things and take effort to complete a solo. And, some map in MASTER or INSANE do not have meta titan, because soloing them are impossible

@@leader-qp8pq I mean the first in this map mate. If it wasn't us showing the possibility of soloing Colony to him, Dino wouldn't make mind solo this map that early(and even never solo this). I also have done many that he haven't. Skills in frontier are greatly explored in past 1-2 years in our community, so don't limit your knowledge to frontier of 5 years ago. Capable pilots of different titans are still emerging and replacing old pilots. Since Dino not focus on this game anymore, then he is a model to study and surpass, not a god to kneel

Private match FD has core meter multiplier, if you dont know this. Everything you see in my channel can be done without mod, I have been solo insane FD before northstar client appeared
