Simple and effective way to know what your passions are: what makes you forget you're hungry, thirsty or that you need to relieve yourself? It was in you ever since you were a child. These activities made you so content, time stood still when you did them. Now go and feed this passion and desire. Let's do this.
maybe an entertainer? I mean, it is used as a way to use people’s time and it’s what they do in their free time when they don’t have anything to do so they use entertainment to waste time. Just a thought :)
Well actually youre spending time with something in your interest with anything you do. So technically theres no wasting, you are just not accepting what you are doing. I love logic.

You can consider viewing passion as energy input. You can be interested in multiple things but which of those are you willing to exhaust energy consistently over a long period of time? Which thing are you so interested in that you are able to actively commit to (instead of just watching others do it or think about it) and accept the stressors it will bring?
But the passion is presumably for the opportunities it provides you - rather than say a paper fetish etc. So if you ask yourself what you do with the money then it should bring you closer to an answer if you want it.

with Interpersonal, Intrapersonal and Lingustic, you can use that to teach or mentor people with your other professions/interests. Musical, intrapersonal, linguistic, digital and visual. I’ve also done well as a teacher and am very spiritual. My spiritual and intrapersonal passions have been the most difficult to make profitable. This was very insightful.
I have a visual ability and I’ve always had. Every time I watch something on tv I subconsciously analyze what colors are used for certain emotions and camera tilting. And if it’s animated I look for how the lines are shaped and what colors are in the shapes. I don’t only do this with colors and shapes, I also do this with gravity. Like how an object looks when it’s heavy or light.

I always been confused about my passion cause I never had a dream job or a passion for any hobbies. And this worries me every day that I won’t find it and I’m only 16
@Tanzanite I graduated last year, and felt exactly the same as you. I’m currently 19, and over the past year, I tried a ton of different things. I put myself out there, not just looking at or thinking about different jobs or professions, but actually going and shadowing people doing them, or trying them myself. And because I did that, I’ve found a huge passion I never knew about before, and now am taking college courses that I wake up every day super excited for because I’m learning about something I love. The secret to finding your passion is TRYING new things. You probably are fantastic at something you’ve never even tried: go out and just experiment with everything you can! You’ll be so much happier and learn so much more about yourself in the process.
This is the problem with everyone telling kids “you have to go to college” and “these are the best years of your life” and making them feel like they should be ready to make a decision like that while they’re literal children (I know you all think you’re mature but when you’re 30 you’ll be like, “even at 23 I was such an infant”). Like someone else said in this thread, literally just try things. Try lots of things and don’t commit to debt especially if you live in the US because some guidance counselor or family member or television show guilts you and brainwashes you into thinking you should be on your way to your prestigious and exciting dream profession at 18.

No one will fall solely under one category. You may have a slight ability in a few categories, if not then you must keep searching. Introspection coupled with experimentation 🤙🏽

My passion was obvious from an early age, well as soon as I learned how to write (as an undiagnosed severe dyslexic I can tell you it was far from easy, but it came with learning to read) I started writing. I wrote short stories constantly about even the most absurd things, like the life of a bug in the entrance to our home. I wrote my first play that we rehearsed and acted out for my grandmother at ten or eleven years old. My teacher in middle school when we had “free writing” as a subject (to practice writing more serious topics later on in our education) gave me extra notebook since I filled them up so quickly. He said that I’d make an excellent writer, my stories at this time were a lot of detective/mystery due to reading all of Agatha Christie’s books and they are masterpieces. As a teenager I started venturing into the realm of poetry as well, then when I was a member of a forum where you could post your own stories I did just that. As well as other short stories and poems on a writing site. My at first undiscovered and then later untreated trauma as a child however put a full stop on my life. My parents tried their best but I was in a complete panic over it being uncovered, this is how a skilled manipulator really can get to you. Especially when they start so early that it’s all you’ve ever known. Then I turned 18 and was suddenly an adult and supposed to make my own decisions about my treatment, and not knowing anything about psychology at the time I regressed back into my child state. I did whatever the psychiatrist said. He was an adult, an authority figure, he knew didn’t he? So when I asked about therapy and got a no, that I’m too sick for therapy, I just accepted it. Not all of the people who share this body did, but I’m the one that’s out the most. I let them drug me to the point where I fully believed that I was actually dead, I couldn’t feel anything and reality felt more distant and unreal than before. That’s what antipsychotics did to me, and I was on a lot of them due to being told by my psychiatrist that I was schizophrenic. Which I am not. I suffer from the after effects of long term sexual abuse by someone trusted by my family as well as the subsequent bullying for being different. I’m off those medications now and back to being able to feel things, which obviously rekindled my interest in writing. When I told someone that I’d written over one hundred thousand words in a little over a month in a story that I’m working on she was just “wow, that’s A LOT” since she knows someone that’s a writer apparently. And this is just a hobby to me. Oh the story is far from finished and the rough manuscript definitely needs some polish, I also have no idea where to or even if I want to publish it. Well I think that in general my comments definitely shows my passion for writing, and overthinking haha. Spirituality is another thing that interests me, but I haven’t found anything that really fits my world view. Philosophy just came as a natural follow up to learning more about psychology. As well as pretty much everything else, I have a new topic that fascinates me at least once a year it not more often than that, depends on how much there is available to learn about said topic. I just have a general interest in learning about this world that to me feel just like my dreams, that I can remember by the way. Some people have that as a natural ability, my dad has it too.
This is inspiring. I admire how you underwent a lot of hard times but at the end still continue to spend time for writing. Keep it up, you're born for it!
"It's alright to not have any dreams If you have moments where you can feel happiness" ~Paradise I really recommend listening to Paradise (BTS) with lyrics
This video makes me uncomfortable. I’ll meditate on why it does, however my gut tells me that this model is too simplistic to reflect the reality of our dynamic world. Everything starts from one, everything is connected. This is too discrete.
Then where do we find ourselves ? Overwhelmed or social chameleon's that is a hard place to come back to the moment from ... "the needs of the many far outweigh the needs of the one. " however in such a dynamic fluctuating state of being how does the one find a path to help the many ?
I'm sorry but the moment he said "You start to question bigger questions in life (lists down bigger qs in life)", I was immediately reminded of all the times I was questioning myself the same exact questions and I thought it was called "overthinking" 😫 Im so stupid wth
I would strongly say I’m heavily focused on intrapersonal skills and logical skills and the best career path for me is entrepreneurship through digital content. I’m trying to showcase that more in the videos I make, but one day at a time! Very happy to come across this video!

u INTP like me?
And people remember. Even the most "useless" ability can make for a great career. For example making people laugh can sometimes be seen as something useless but making people laugh is a great ability that can make for a great comedian.

You can consider viewing passion as energy input. You can be interested in multiple things but which of those are you willing to exhaust energy consistently over a long period of time? Which thing are you so interested in that you are able to actively commit to (instead of just watching others do it or think about it) and accept the stressors it will bring?

with Interpersonal, Intrapersonal and Lingustic, you can use that to teach or mentor people with your other professions/interests. Develop your digital skill a bit more and you could turn that into an educational youtube channel, which could make money. Your visual skill means that you could have an eye for pretty graphics and whatnot to help that even more. Your musical skills could mean composing or choosing music for those videos, and your natural skill just helps in your profession in general, so you know what you're talking about. And it feels like im running out of time
same but i'm 18 and going to college already

Wow, you undoubtedly are a writer.
you are an amazing writer and it’d be a crime if you didn’t keep writing
Apparently, I have Asian parents and has drilled with 10 of these abilities.
6:59 So glad they included memes in the list. And that for me, seems like a light at the end of the tunnel.
Watching this has made me realize that it’s not just about the passion but the actual work put in to succeed

I really recommend listening to Paradise (BTS) with lyrics
Shut up
I was going to comment that-
Anyways hii army 💜💜
@@vaishalijakhal9120 oh ahaha, Hi army 😊💜💜 where are you from?
@@anaisa3612 i am from india 💜 where are u from?
Hey ik that it's really a great song and I'm an army too💜.
This video makes me uncomfortable. I’ll meditate on why it does, however my gut tells me that this model is too simplistic to reflect the reality of our dynamic world.
Everything starts from one, everything is connected. This is too discrete.
This comment is so underrated
It sounds like you have high spiritual ability.:)
Illuminati spotted😬
Then where do we find ourselves ? Overwhelmed or social chameleon's that is a hard place to come back to the moment from ...
"the needs of the many far outweigh the needs of the one. " however in such a dynamic fluctuating state of being how does the one find a path to help the many ?

Hey...
What about freelance illustrators? None of these categories addresses that type of job title

I'm sorry but the moment he said "You start to question bigger questions in life (lists down bigger qs in life)", I was immediately reminded of all the times I was questioning myself the same exact questions and I thought it was called "overthinking" 😫 Im so stupid wth
I feel like i love everything and that is a huge problem because i don't know what to do and what to choose
Saaame here😪
me too
the picture for the translator job saying “hello” in korean, the language i would love to translate- loved that
Me too.I love Korea because of kpop and Korean dramas. I even studied the language just to be able to watch movies without subtitles.
My top 3 that I really lean on are:
Intrapersonal, music, natural/logical
I'm quite satisfied with the things I decided these past months.
I would strongly say I’m heavily focused on intrapersonal skills and logical skills and the best career path for me is entrepreneurship through digital content.
I’m trying to showcase that more in the videos I make, but one day at a time! Very happy to come across this video!
Same!
I envy you all.
Having the luxury of choosing what you want to become is truly a blessing.
I can't. And that's okay, it's just a life. It'll be over before I know it.
My parents said that if I go to college and study medicine (which is very hard) they'll let me become whatever I want to be after. Guess I'll go waste some years

You can, seriously. It's not something anyone or anything can take you away from. You can. Anything can be achievable, anything can be developed. You can decide, you can find your passion, you can choose. You can, just keep going❤️

I wanna spend rest of my life far away from human, probably in a forest clicking pictures of animals and plants, knowing about them and connecting links between them, and while i am sleepy in nights i wanna think about consciousness, like how would I feel if i don't wake up ever again?, would i even feel anything? or won't it be nice? an eternal piece... with everything accomplished no human, no animal nothing.. i am in a void that even i cants sense....🌌
There is a typo in the video. It says "SRITITUAL" instead of „SPIRITUAL“
I found my passion from a random trip to Walmart for no particular reason, it can literally come from anywhere
what is it?
@@naomicah5651 I was in Walmart when I looked at the seed display. It was so much more colorful than the bland Walmart walls and it interested me. That snowballed and now I now want to eventually own my own Nursery where I sell trees and flowers. I hadn't even considered that as a career before.
