      It's mainly to treat it as if you were doing a real person a real person has blood so you definitely don't want that all over everything cuz you can spread a lot of stuff through blood but yeah I was a little much for a demonstration but still it's probably a good thing he went overboard to set an example for new people

I pulled it out recently and went to order some supplies for it and found out that coil is out and rotary is in 🤦🏽‍♀️ 😂. So now I’m looking at purchasing a new one and this video really helped. Bro u really one of the only tattoo artist that I can actually learn from you have a lot of very good advice and what I fuk wit the most is that you are very confident in your words and I can tell that you know exactly what you are talking about. I started using tattoo machines around 10th grade, I gave myself a couple tattoos, tatted a couple of my boys, but it didn’t go so well tbh. That’s because I just dove into it without really doing any research or learning 😭. I just thought ink master would help me but I was a lil kid. I been to prison a few times, almost lost 30 years of my life on 3 separate arrests, and lately I said to myself, I need to find something I would enjoy doing as a career and art has been one of my loves since I was a kid. I haven’t drew in a couple years, but I am going to dive back in and take it serious. I just lost my son a couple months ago, I have a beautiful daughter, a beautiful wife, I’m only 23 but I know this is what I want to do with my life. I keep telling myself I can do it and I will be great at it.. I appreciate all the information you’ve given me, so far I learned a lot. Thank you forreal bro I hope to be as good of an artist as you.

      Hey brother, you just hang in there. Music, art, and tattooing saved me. Sounds like art saves you too bro. As a fellow father, I can’t convey how sorry I am to hear about you losing your son. If you can keep going, I truly admire and respect that. Be strong brother. Always a lesson in everything.
      How’s the art coming along? Have you gotten a machine in your hands again? Hope all is well.

    what is all the barriers for? do we need all that wrap?

    • @DanielYuck
      @DanielYuck  ปีที่แล้ว

      I use barriers to protect my gear, creating a low risk environments for anyone I tattoo including human skin.
      It is more of a hygiene/well being practice above anything. The idea is to create a barrier that doesn't break so we can avoid any body fluids, blood etc from coming in direct contact with out gear.
      I personally use plastic on everything because my foundation of tattoo hygiene is that everything is contaminated. I also use 2-3 barriers of plastic as it is fairly easy to break through a single layer but to each their own.

      It is def not the most professional, or the best kit out there or anything like that. What it is, is a good beginner tattoo kit that has the essentials that 1 would need to tattoo.
      At the price point it is a solid kit to practice with, to establish familiarity with tattooing, to get more acquainted with setting up a tattoo machine, learn how the power supply works, and more, which is why I reviewed this kit as I feel others can benefit from kits like this.

      When I tattoo I prefer to wrap everything to create a low risk environment.

      It's a habit. Ever hear about the guy that died because he caught a superbug from a tattoo machine that wasnt triple wrapped? Yeah...nah, you are more likely to catch something from being tattooed with pre-used needles...and that would be like dying from a shark attack...extremely rare.
