I live 15 minutes away from here and my best friend lives there. Great to see it from your perspective!! Great video as always 😄 the journey is as important as the destination as I always say 💟
Looks very smart and tranquil 🙂 We like the tranquil parks and haven’t been disappointed with any of them. Looks like there’s more work going on with the holiday homes. 🚐 Trev
Just past the entrance on the left is a depot with a dock Jez used to go to in the artic lorry’s he says it was always fun getting in there with that approach road and it was probably them making the noise you could here 🤔 Stay Safe 😜👍
Hi Bob great video ! I live in Winterton at the just where you turned towards Burton. Just up from the campsite is a ramp that Barnes wallis used to test tanks to cross the Rhine in world war 2 . Enjoy your stay in North Lincolnshire..
Oh, that's our residence area. Lovely area. But never been much to do at Burton on stather. Did you visit Normandy hall nearby? Interesting park and stately home. 😊
Hi Bob and Jenny, nice journey from Mumby to Brookside had to breathe in on the road entry to the site ha ha, It looks a very nice campsite, nicely set out with hedges in between the pitches. Nice to know there is a walk to the village and local pubs. Nice to see you out on your bike. Poppy was certainly enjoying herself x
My parents lived in Burton-upon-Stather in the 90s to early 2000s so visited many times, lovely village and walks in Normanby Hall country park and calling in the local Sheffield Arms for a beer or two, food was always spot on then. Not been there in 15 years. 🤓🐶🐶Martyn Toby & Tilly👍
I loved the journey from The Nurseries to Brookside, I really love the details and road signs you zone in on in every video, (so helpful) The area looks nice and Brookside looks so well maintained, Id overlook the building that's on going. Jenny's read through the campsite details was lovely as always, it does give you a real idea about the place where you are staying, I really enjoyed your bike ride into the village and I really enjoyed the music for that ride too. Thanks again.
That approach looked fun…. Lovely site and a decent price for 3 nights although I suppose it’s expensive later in the year, can’t beat a tranquil park for a treat. Poppy does make us laugh it must be the name…..shame about the dog walk but looking on google there’s plenty about as well as your river walk. 👍
Hi Bob, you are more or less just down on the other side of the river from Brough aircraft factory, a very significant place in British history. Unfortunately I think the runway is unusable nowadays but just a few years ago you’d would have seen brand new aircraft taking off being flight tested and ultimately delivered to their new homes.
Looks a lovely peaceful site Bob.we are booked in a CL called Norcross up in your neck of the woods on our way to Scotland. Was wondering if you had ever been there.
Hi Bob,Jenny, poppy excellent video as usual many thanks, quick question do you know why your fellow TH-camrs are bombarding us with shorts videos seems to be a new thing just lately, keep up the good work many thanks
Yes, it's supposed to be a way of getting new viewers to look at our videos. Personally I remain to be convinced. However, they are very easy to make using just a smartphone. Short, portrait format videos are incredibly popular on Facebook, Instagram and Tik Tok. Supposed to work better on smartphones. It's easy to watch, low attention span. Unlike my TH-cam long form videos. 😁
Hi Bob Jenny didn’t seem to impressed … was there anything wrong with the place We’re going there for the Easter weekend Cheers Matt Karen & Mac the toy poodle
No, nothing wrong with the site, although I think we were expecting it to be closer to the river. As you saw in the video, the nearby pub was only serving food Friday and Saturday evening. And the path to the woods was muddy. Apart from that, it was very quiet.
Hi Bob and Jenny been watching your travels for several years now and enjoy reviews of areas. One small annoyance (which a lot of TH-camrs seem to have started doing, PLEASE scrap the preview intros. It is so annoying seeing what is coming up and takes away the element of surprise (as you have already seen it). Enjoy your travels :)
The reason for doing them is we only get a few seconds preview video when TH-cam suggests a video. It doesn't seem to matter what the thumbnail is these days. I have to try and show what the video is about with that preview for about 10 seconds.
I agree, a little too much gravel for my liking. I understand people have different requirements and these videos are great at helping people make choices.
We go to this site regularly. True, the pitches are gravel but lots of grass between and certainly, to us, not soulless. The site is very near the river and there are lovely walks up into the woods and the paths have stunning views over the river. The village is small but this adds to the peace and quiet.
Thankyou bob for showing dissabled facility.xx god bless.xx
Very nice video and caravan park ❤️👍
It's always great to see Poppy enjoying a place.
Looks anice site, every thing you need ,like the fence nice and private,Poppy loves her walks always somewhere different for her,
She's very well travelled 😊👍
I like the layout of the site, looks nice. Hope you both were able to have a nice rest. Em 💜
We had a good little rest there.

Thank you
Beautiful scenery! ☺
Hi Bob, jenny & poppy, it looks a lovely site, hope you enjoy your peace & quiet. Lots of love. Linda xx ❤
Thank you, it was peaceful.
This site is only 40 minutes from us and didn’t know it was there. Will be visiting.
Yes, it was a nice quiet site.
Looks very smart and tranquil 🙂 We like the tranquil parks and haven’t been disappointed with any of them. Looks like there’s more work going on with the holiday homes. 🚐 Trev
That work seems to have stopped whilst we were there.
Just past the entrance on the left is a depot with a dock Jez used to go to in the artic lorry’s he says it was always fun getting in there with that approach road and it was probably them making the noise you could here 🤔
Stay Safe 😜👍
Yes, walked past that. It wasn't them making the noise. There was a scaffolders truck packing away in the road.
Your front Cab Area looked Good and Roomy there, from that Cam view
Yes, plenty of room up there.
Hi Bob great video ! I live in Winterton at the just where you turned towards Burton. Just up from the campsite is a ramp that Barnes wallis used to test tanks to cross the Rhine in world war 2 . Enjoy your stay in North Lincolnshire..
Well I completely missed that! Thanks we had a quiet time.
Oh, that's our residence area. Lovely area. But never been much to do at Burton on stather. Did you visit Normandy hall nearby? Interesting park and stately home. 😊
Thanks, I don't think we had long enough and it was pretty rainy.

Yes, it's a pity we couldn't make into the woods.
Thanks Bob, Jenny and Poppy. I’m looking now to see if you have reviewed your electric bike.
I reviewed the one I was riding back in the summer. th-cam.com/video/NRQcKr5NHfM/w-d-xo.html

The Sheffield Arms looked shut during the day. The park looked nice when we passed it.
Although Scunthorpe was not too far from where i was born in Yorkshire i don't think i have ever been.

Sorry, not heard of that.
Beautiful site guys! Funny our Westie always used to moan why we were finding a pitch!😂
She always wants to get out exploring!

Hi Bob
How often does the chemical waste need emptied when travelling congrats to you on Jenny on the 30K
Paul & Toni
Depends how often you use it, we use it fully and I empty it every two days. Top tip - empty it before you settle down for the night!
@@BobEarnshawMoHo Thanks Bob
Might run into you Jenny & Poppy late this month travelling over from Oz 🇦🇺

Thanks Bob as long as it’s relaxing that’s all that matters we don’t want anyone interrupting our scrabble do we 🤣👍💤💤

@@BobEarnshawMoHo Would it not be possible to just show a bit of film of you and Jenny at the camp site sign - therefore no spoilers involved :)
That is the thumbnail.
Looks a bit soulless around the site and area
Yes, it was a quiet village, probably just what we needed.
I agree, a little too much gravel for my liking. I understand people have different requirements and these videos are great at helping people make choices.

Sound is bad bob
It sounded OK to me.
Nice camp site Bob and Jenny and poppy .🐾🚐😁
