Honestly thank you so much for this series. It was super helpful! It’s nice to see the realistic view rather than the romanticised/doom and gloom versions. And to top it off your editing was lovely and made it all very watchable :)

What a coincidence! I've going through our photography videos and came to watch this. I'm Korean and I never imagined that you lived here. As a Korean, I understand what you felt during your staying here and I totally agree with you that K-drama is making some illusion about this place. Some say it made Korean miracle but this place is too much competitive and suffocating. Well... no country is perfect but the fact that Korea has most serious demographic problem in the world shows the reality here. I just wish the time you spent in Korea is not horrible and wish you keep sharing your wonderful video for a long long time.

Not the garlic bread😖 & the lady patted my butt too😂 “Did she just slap my butt? What did I do???”🤣 Great job on these videos! I hope everyone coming to Korea will come across these. These are the most helpful videos I’ve seen🙏

These vlogs are brilliant and answered some questions that I just couldn’t find the answers to. Hoping to teach in Korea in a few years as am still getting my degree and have a dog that is old. But after all that and my baby I will definitely end trying to get over there. Thanks for this series I really enjoyed it. 😄

Great experience. You are brave because, as far as I understood, you were alone. Most of what you describe is the usual expat experience. I have been an expat for 15 years indifferent countries. The most important for me is to be humble and learn the culture and the people. Not the reverse.
