the Very nice car. I saw only few 1942 Fords in Chile, one of them belonged to an uncle. I think the 226 six cilinders was better engine than the 239 V8 flat head. The V8 engines cracked badly, in their bloc (valves seats), and also their heads. In the 1950-60 decades, it was difficult to find a Ford V8 without welded block or heads.
