Love both hair styles. Your hair looks so healthy and thick. I'm 54 but my hair has gotten very thin. It use to be thick when I was younger. Maybe I will try the vitamins but I also have a lot of stomach issues and I wonder if the vitamins will upset it. Thank you for the haircut tip I'm going to try it. Please stay safe.

I want to share my experience with ST. TROPICA.
Back in Dec. 2019, I bought a 6 month supply to give it a fair amount of time to work. My hair is fine, slightly curly, and grows VERY VERY slowly. So of course I was extremely excited and hopeful to get similar results such as yourself and many others.
Unfortunately, I'm on my 5th month now and have yet to see results. My hair is still fine and grew about an inch since Dec. 2019. I decided to share my experience on the St. Tropica website. I wrote a 1 star review w/pics BUT FOR SOME REASON, it was never posted. I kept checking the site the following days to see if it was posted but it never did. Then, I tried posting a fake 4 star review and within the same day that one DID get posted. WOW! I emailed the company a few times to inquire about this and received a generic email stating they would contact me shortly. It has been over two months and have yet to hear from them. I even checked my junk mail just in case their message went there. I don't like the fact that St. Tropica only posts raving reviews on their website. I wish they would include all reviews regardless of the rating. I just wonder if other individuals have had the same experience as I did.
BTW I saw the video of your hair bleaching disaster and I'm glad you were able to grow your hair back to a healthy state and are getting great results.

Teecher Laydee My hair also takes forever to grow. My hair is not curly though. I swear ever since I started getting a Brazilian Blowout once a year my hair has grown. I know it may not be healthy but they do make an organic version. Hope this helps!

I LOVE the beach wave/bed head look! Lisa, when you damaged your hair with bleach, you made a homemade treatment with argon, coconut, avocado and other oils. Do you still use this? I don't know what made me think of that!

It looks great ! I’m always so I intimidated by Styling my hair. Both look good. I think curly goes well with certain outfits and straight goes well with certain outfits. It just depends on what I’m wearing.

I like the straight side best. It's smoother and shinier, yet has volume with a curve at the bottom. My hair is just about an inch longer than yours. I also take the St Tropica vitamins.

How long did you take the St. Tropica vitamins before you noticed a change in your hair? I have been taking them for two months and have not noticed my hair getting thicker but my nails are amazing. Very strong, no splitting. Do you think I should continue taking them and hope they eventually make my hair thicker?

Erin Large all hair thins out due to age.But if you take care of it you can make it very healthy.You should check out capillary schedule.Its a brazilian method of taking care of your hair.It does wonders for me.

I know that women lose hair due to hormones dropping, so I hope I can atleast reverse some of it.
My hair is exactly like yours. Course, frizzy, unevenly wavy. I use Redkin All Soft Shampoo and Conditioner. Then, I use 3 pumps of the Garnier Fructis Sleek and Shine anti-frizz serum, with Argan oil to the ends. During the summer, I just let it air dry. If I choose to blow dry it straight, I use the Chi heat protectant.

Lisa, when you scorched your hair with the flat iron, was it virgin gray hair, or colored/processed? I'm finally at the point where all my colored/processed hair has been cut off and I'm ready to start using styling tools again, but will proceed with much caution based on your experience.
It was my virgin gray hair. Be super careful with heating tools and staying in the sun too long❤️
