Brake Buster is a RTU product. You’ll get better results if you use it straight undiluted, as intended.
If you used Brake Buster as intended you wouldn’t get rust on your brakes because it contains rust inhibitors. You’re just using it wrong.

Do you know why my pump cannon doesn’t spray out foam? What wheel cleaner would you recommend(foamy)

If you have a garden sprayer that doesn’t foam you might want to get the one he’s using because even if you have a foamy wheel cleaner it won’t come out as foam the wheel cleaner he was using is p&s brake buster diluted 5:1
