Doc Harley from the Service Clinic at Low Country Harley-Davidson to help you with the health of your motorcycle! Here he talks about customizing your saddle bags!
Doc Harley is extremely well-versed and knowledgeable... His on-camera presence is impeccable to the stature that he should be a universally commercialized personality for Harley Davidson. In other words, he has the natural charisma that Harley Davidson should utilize in their national brand.
I own a 2017 HD Roadglide with Stage 2 audio. I have speakers in my saddlebag lids. How do I remove the audio wiring connector in the left saddlebag. It is a large connector and I have been unable to locate a video on how to disconnect so I can remove the left saddlebag. Thanks in advance.
I recently lost the jam nut that attaches the cable to the inside of my saddlebags on my Ultra so now the lock wont engage.. Attempted to find a replacement nut at my local hardware store without any luck..Any idea were I might find one? Thanks, Ric
Likely at your local Harley dealer OR "talk to any of our parts people at LOW COUNTRY HARLEY DAVIDSON" See .............even I can talk like Doc Harley :)
I own a 2002 Road King. Its equipped with hard saddle bags. The issue is they rattle going down the road. ave tried padded tape all around and under, but still have the rattle. The hardware on the bags has signs of ware but still fill snug when attached and lids closed. Anyone else experienced this and resolved the problem I'd apprieciate any help. Tks.
Doc this is the 2nd time I’ve walked out of work after working 10hours and my right saddle bag is burning a hole in the side of the bag. The leather is burning/smoking slowly, I have nothing in the bag, nobody smokes near it and its not rubbing against the tire. It sounds bizzare, the only thing that’s close is a reflection off my tire rim but it doesn’t even get hot here, thanks
@@LowCountryHarleyDavidson X as in xgf? Lol no but that’d make more sense, locked gate. I have some pics, nobody I ran into ever heard of this happening. It happened once last year then again last week Thursday
Not knowing the part numbers I would return to the catalog and make sure the bags were meant to fit. I have seen where an exhaust choice has taken up the clearance that the factory was counting on. The hard bags are Harley-Davidson product? If everything is HD? Send pictures. Thanks ~ Doc
I used the preformed T-Bag covers and they are on my 09 Street Glide for 8 years. They are great as long as you maintain them with Armor All. The Harley ones shrunk and the adhesive tape was a joke. Actually they are junk

I just use throw over bags, they fit enough for a 10 day trip and I take them in the hotel room with me, Gives me that old cowboy look,
Here’s an idea...... include the premium deluxe liners in the OEM!! Lol. Sketch.

Hello...did u fix the rattle noise from your bags??...My strected bags rattling like crazy!!
Why doesn't harley just put the good shit on at the factory with a 20k+ bike?
Good question
Harley is Harley
Probably so they can sell you the good stuff.
shaverlocal the same goes with any car manufacturer...it’s because they make way more profit selling accessories and bolt on a. Not just Harley
Because everyone wants something a little different than the next person's bike.
What can you use to take care of saddlebag sag on Heritage softails ?

A little pop dont cost a little lmao
Saddle bag bra is a waste of money, velcro adhesive slides in hot weather! Need the velcro used by EZ Pass on cars.
