This one of the CLOSET races i've ever seen. When a race is this CLOSE the difference between one of you winning or losing can simply be cause the Durango driver weights more than you 🤪🤣 and so does the Durango by about 80lbs. Again when a race is this close all that extra weight adds up.
imagine gutting and stripping dat thing down. if u can remove 400-500 pound from the durango it will weigh lighter than a trackhawk. track is at 5.3k durango is at 5.7k
The Jeep seems to get the jump on the Durango every time, from standing start or roll. Durango is not dropping back though after the initial hit. Good race & comparison for power! They are both badass rigs!

I believe the track hawk is AWD that’s why the launch has way better traction and take off not sure about the Durango. I love the Durango’s front end but love the shape of the track hawk. The Durango hood makes it look so aggressive thing is nasty! 🔥
These two American muscles seems similar. What can make the difference is the type of tyres, weight and aerodynamics. But honestly they look similar in terms of peformance. Also depends on which driver is faster in response
Ive never been a fan of the late model body style cherokee for srt models. The base vs srt barely looks different. But the early 200s 2006 Cherokee srt 8 vs reg Cherokee bigger difference and looks alot more of a agressive muscle suv type. That being said other than the 3rd seating row the durango looks more like a muscle suv then the trackhawk. Which is why i couldnt see myself picking the trackhawk over the Durango. If the durango was a little shorter i would like that and if the trackhawk have a different front end side skirt rear bumper and maybe dual shotgun exhausts in the middle of the bumper like the earlier gen and was a little more stanced like old gen id like it more.

i seen the durango do the quarter in a pathetic 12 seconds. i knew the durango wasn't gonna perform the INSTANT they said they were gonna build one. a total waste of time. it's too dam big. what they SHOULD'VE done is build a hellcat magnum. THAT would've been a low 11 second car!
There’s a shop in Mass that done a couple I can’t remember the name but it’s here on YT. It’s probably 30k+ for a flawless job & as far as the cup holders it can more than likely be done it would probably add more to the price than it’s worth though
The weight!! difference is the reazon why Jeep get the liitle advantage... but the Durango have more space and capacity; why do the Jeep do not have the fabric protection under the hood; did you take it out ?; great race.. great speed.... great muscle trucks; but the Durango is my favorite.... I wish can have one of those...

If the Durango had used launch control and not been sleeping at the start, the Durango would have won. Has more torque available at an earlier RPM.
I seen his hellcat Durango a few weeks or so ago in Michigan.
Now dodge just needs to make a hellcat mini van and then they would have a full line up of all their vehicles with the hellcat option.
