I got dome swivels but the male thread side is smaller diameter than the female side of my dn10, so do I need an adapter between the ball valve and the swivel?
No I don’t. Tons of cheap junk knock offs. Amazon has been very bad with this recently. We sell an authentic DN10 directly from the manufacturer. pressurewashingskids.com/products/dn10-3-8-ball-valve?_pos=1&_sid=196777fc0&_ss=r
@@ExpertPowerWash thanks for responding. I only see DN10 that is rated for 3000 PSI. I have a 3500 PSI machine. Does DN10 have 3500 PSI rated? I am thinking of a safety hazard that's why.
I bought one of those swivels and it was leaking on the first job. It was also making me lose some pressure. I have a 4 gpm and also use a DN10 valve
Probably a knockoff Mosmatic. Believe it or not it’s happened to me. Have to be very careful with stuff from Amazon and eBay
@@ExpertPowerWash you're probably right. It said mosmatic but I did order it from Amazon
Great video! Where can you get that swivel you used!
We sell it

You need 3/8 mosmatic swivel and 3/8 ball valve. You probably have a 1/4 swivel. Don’t use an adapter. Grab the right size. It will restrict flow.
Oh would you look at that just look at it. I was just looking around at getting one of those
Hopefully it is helpful. Thanks for commenting.
Do you recommend using General Pump ball valve rated 5000 PSI?
