Might need small nozzle tips, what size pump are they made for? If it's letting too much water flow the pump won't be able to keep up with the pressure

Just a heads up, seems like loosing pressure after initial squeeze could be an air leak in line or porportioner. Take porportioner out of equation, go straight from water to pump, if it solves your problem, you know there is an issue with your porportioner. Had an issue with one of my batch buster valves. Went through a few pumps due to cycling before i figured it out.

@@captlogic9621 long story short it was my 5/8th chem line on my reel. Had to swap it out and have 300’ of 1/2inch and it does just fine. It’s a remco issue.

@@prestigepropertywashingso the 5/8 was just a little too big for it? Runs good with the 1/2 now?

@@Under_PressureSW yes runs good with a half-inch chemical line. I definitely recommend checking out Christopher Runions video on the way he has his set up. He has the same pump and it looks like he has the best efficiency I’ve seen.

Do you rise pump After every job?
Need accumulator to keep the pressure up . What size of hose are you working on with ?

@@Worldpeace-su3qk I flush it with water until fresh water comes out of my gun. I’m running 5/8 from tanks to proportioner to reel then have 300ft of 1/2 on. Had an issue(lack of pressure with my 5 orifice soap tip with 5/8 inch chem hose and when I switched to 1/2 inch it was fine.

Bad idea to mix electrical components with pressurized liquid. Just saying, not a good idea.
