Hey TwoDynamic, I found a way to get whatever legendary item you want really quickly in far harbour. If you save before you dig up the supply stash (given as a reward for returning Kasumi to her parents), you can continuously reload the game and dig up the supplies until you get the legendary item you want! The chest always seems to contain a random legendary weapon from pipe weapons to minimums to guess rifles! I'm not sure if your level affects the weapons that drop however. The food item drops for me might be because I'm level 120 XD P.S. I got the explosive combat shotgun in ten minutes! (Probably a lot of luck involved there)
Oh, and, I found a dupe bug for harpoons. All you've got to do is fire about 20 harpoons into roughly the same spot and you can continuously pick them up! Not sure why this one works. The dupe is super quick as well. You duplicate harpoons as fast as you can click your mouse! (Or [x] in my case)

You can deal well over 1100 damage total with Atom's Judgement. You have to max out Bloody Mess, Nuclear Physicist, Big Leagues, Strength and *Perception. * Because of if you want to use VATS. Nuclear Physicist buffs the radiation damage a shit ton, to 800 radiation damage. Big Leagues and 10 Strength buffs the ballistic damage. The stunpack upgrade will add energy damage. Bloody Mess increases the ballistic damage too.
Not sure how exactly you get it to the level of strength I've heard of, but Atom's Judgment can actually be raised to something like 800+ radiation damage, which makes it incredible for dealing with any human enemies, regardless of how well armoured they are (probably excluding enemies with full Power Armor on).
samuel gould woolley I did take a look, apparently it's Nuclear Physicist max rank (double Fusion Core potency and double radiation damage), Big Leagues max rank (double melee damage) and Bloody Mess for 15% extra damage. Apparently they all help out the radiation damage, and according to videos I've seen on the subject, the radiation damage can also bypass enemy Power Armors too.
For December's Child, if you have Nick Valentine with, the door AI will allow you to enter as the AI was programmed to let only Prototype Synths (i.g. Nick Valentine & DiMA) to enter the room. Quick tip for any who failed the speech test.

Hell yes, Far Harbor's a very interesting DLC. The biggest one Land Mass wise they've ever made! Highly Recommend the Kiloton Radium Rifle, and Old Reliable. With the first weapon I mentioned, I feel like they've given everyone a nearly free Explosive Legendary weapon, which I didn;t mind buying ONE BIT! Have fun with Far Harbor.

From personal experiance I feel like the splattercannons effect is FAR superior to Two Shot.you can take out alpha deathclaws in seconds. That weapon is insanely broken. The only way ive been able to make the game fair what so ever is by setting it to very hard instead of normal, but that just makes it so that gun is like a normal gun and everything else might as well be a nerf gun

Ol' Reliable 2.0 (because I named my first pistol Ol' Reliable.) the odds that I named one 2 shot gun that and there being ANOTHER 2 shot gun named the same is low as fucking hell! I need to get that gun now if it kills me!
I got that anti armor radium prior to the quest from a random ghoul...better yet, I got two shot radium from a robot behind the nuka galaxy star portal. There was a shack there with two robots, and one of them was legendary. But my best drop so far was a two shot laser, from a mutant in the library subway.

wanna know the most dangerous place outside the glowing sea and far harbor ? visit recon bunker theta... i know the first time you visit it isnt all that except fighting a few rogue people ,however go back....each time you will encounter episodes of enemies like i did, second time you visit and after,you will fight many enemies from deathclaws to synths,to radscorpions, i even fought a giant super boss enemy that was standing like only 50 feet away from the bunker,i used the bunker to my advantage....trust me on this,visit this place and roam around if you are looking for trouble .

Why the hell is Decembers child on the top list? It's exactly the same weight as the standard and just fired 5.56 ammo which is more uncommon than .45 other than that it just has the standard legendary prefix (forgot the name, nimble?) but even that is only good by a longshot

The art style for the guns in this game was a mistake i mean in the first two fallouts there were plenty of modern looking weapons the art style originally had just as much influence from mad max as the 1950's bethesda though is just taking the whole 1950's part too far

radical conversion with the right mods and perks becomes an monster in terms of damage. I use it as my main weapon and it destroys enemies

For decembers child if you bring nick because he’s a first gen synth it opens with no checks and some bonus dialogue (same for the synth place)

i know the first time you visit it isnt all that except fighting a few rogue people ,however go back....each time you will encounter episodes of enemies like i did, second time you visit and after,you will fight many enemies from deathclaws to synths,to radscorpions, i even fought a giant super boss enemy that was standing like only 50 feet away from the bunker,i used the bunker to my advantage....trust me on this,visit this place and roam around if you are looking for trouble .

Why the hell is Decembers child on the top list? It's exactly the same weight as the standard and just fired 5.56 ammo which is more uncommon than .45 other than that it just has the standard legendary prefix (forgot the name, nimble?) but even that is only good by a longshot
If I got that kiloton Radium Rifle, I would max it and rename it "The Curie Rifle" or "Curie's Rifle". Either way will do.

Need to rewatch this video, I completely skipped any way of getting legendary weapons. As soon as I found the captains body I told the bearded guy and then the captain synth got killed, and I stormed Acadia killing the vendor and ending the detective case. Rip, guess I'm loading up an older save
I heard that the December's Child legendary effects actually don't work. There's a glitch or something. All I know is when I went there it wasn't there in my game.

The art style for the guns in this game was a mistake i mean in the first two fallouts there were plenty of modern looking weapons the art style originally had just as much influence from mad max as the 1950's bethesda though is just taking the whole 1950's part too far
