    Today i picked up a fantastic class C from a manufacturer I never heard of before I bought your class C buying guide. It was by far the best $15 I have ever spent!!! I learned so much watching your videos. Thank you so much!!

    Another insightful video!! Thank you.
    Renting RV for a weekend or a week or to spend time in it and drive around get a good overall feel. This will help making decision slightly easier.

    Great video, I’m scared to buy right now, quality just isn’t there anymore! I originally wanted a Super C but prices have scared me off, looking at airstream or a fifth wheel. Brinkley and Alliance have caught my eye. I know any of them are buyer beware.

      It is more of a challenge to buy new RVs these days. But it isn't impossible to get good quality. First choose from a brand that is known for producing products that are a cut above their competition. Then use an RV inspector to find the issues in the RV that have come out of the factory. And don't accept ownership of the RV until all of those issues have been resolved to your satisfaction.

    Thanks . Great info and video. When is the best time to buy an RV. Does it get cheaper in Winter season.

      Hi George. Fall and winter are the offseason for RVing, but there are great deals to be found almost any time of year if you just look carefully. Safe and happy travels to you!

    Just curious why would you say its not well suited for full time living?

    • @RVInspectionAndCare
      @RVInspectionAndCare  5 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      I suppose you are asking about Class C RVs. If so, they are not usually built for the stresses of full-time living and travel. They are typically built as an entry level motorhome for families to use on weekends and vacations. Of course, that doesn't mean that they can't be used for fulltime RVing. But in my opinion Super C RVs are much more rugged and able to provide many years of reliable fulltime adventures. And that's why they cost more than regular Class Cs.

    Wondering if the driver’s license classes are the same for C & Super C ?

      @joemiles6917 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      As far as I know it depends on which state you have a license.

    • @RVInspectionAndCare
      @RVInspectionAndCare  ปีที่แล้ว +2

      A CDL or endorsed license is usually necessary in only a few states when your RV is over 26K pounds. Here is a link to an article that explains it well - www.rvezy.com/blog/rv-drivers-license-requirements-usa

      @@RVInspectionAndCare thanks for the link, the information on the site was great, it also had a link to the Canadian requirements where I live. Hoping to upgrade to an A class or C class next year if I can find a unit in my budget range.

    Can you tow a vehicle with a class c?

    • @RVInspectionAndCare
      @RVInspectionAndCare  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Certainly. As I mentioned in the video, it's usually a tow limit of less than 10K lbs. for Class C RVs.

    • @a.wheeler7731
      @a.wheeler7731 ปีที่แล้ว

      Check tow capacity capacity usually 5k lbs or so, which is barely enough for a small car on a trailer, some normal class C can go to 8500 lbs but its pretty rare. Most class C will struggle towing a normal size modern vehicle on a trailer so I am highly preferring a super C myself, even though I just have a mustang. Also I think another benefit of super C is usually better resale value and price retention and overall durability, the diesel motors are known to go hundreds of thousands of miles , workhorses.

      @@a.wheeler7731 Yeah we have a Jeep Rubicon so Super C makes more sense. We also have a Ford 250 Super Dutyso we are also considering a fifth wheel.
