In this video i will be going over Grip Lock, Early Release, Head On Top,
Tight Grip, Wrist Down.
So talking about some of the most common mistakes people make throwing the disc. All throwing problems are pretty easy to fix. Most fall under bad body posture. Hope you in joy, and good luck on learning how to throw.

Aloha Mac, Ya so many little things to think about. But knowing how to fix makes it easier. One thing I use to do is try to have your throwing arm finish over your head. Not level with shoulders, flat. This will help shoulders rotate up on the throw. Finish high. Take care. Aloha Michael
