Something I've found that is very helpful on working out a rounded piece, is the big popsicle craft stick. I use it all the time. Especially now making the snails shell. I just go around them a few times to get the curve worked out after turning them. With the curved edge, it won't poke through the fabric or felt either. I also use a smaller one for small projects.
When I found your channel and I was making teddy bears, watching your videos has really helped me make some better looking teddy bears c: I appreciate all that you do to teach us!
Thank you so much! I only just started sewing [since I was little] again, making masks 😷, but have gotten off on so many lovely tangents thanks to you. I made the floppy kitty for my partner, and am making this for a toddler's birthday 🎂
I've still got lots of practice yet to get the blind/ladder stitch perfected. It's not my favorite. I'm getting better at the appliqué stitch. I'm actually liking that a lot more than I thought I would.
I am learning to love the felting needles, and see a huge difference. Only thing is, you have to watch your fingers on the hand holding the project. I've stabbed myself many times.
I love your bear, bunny, and elephant patterns. Thank you so much! You are a wonderful teacher! What size eyes did you use for the teddy bear? Thanks again!
I am sorry to ask this stupid question but I am a beginner sewer and challenging myself. But when you say you have included the 4mm seam allowance so we cut the fabric on the black lines and just sew 4mm seams. 😊
Hi Lisa, your Bear is just gorgeous, would really like to make it for my grandson as I have made 3 of your bunny dolls for my granddaughters. Do you happen to have the overalls pattern available as yet they are so cute on the little Bear!
Cute little bear!! You have a great teaching style! I like that you’re a perfectionist! I can always use the influence of a perfectionist😉!
So many cute patterns and dolls.... I'm going to need to make a calendar so that I can schedule time to get each one made up!

What needles do you use to embroider the facial features? Brenda . UK
Hi Brenda, I usually use a medium Doll needle to stitch noses!🥰
How tall are these toys, size round body, leg length please?

No question is stupid! It’s how we learn😊 Yes, you cut on the line and keep to your 4mm allowance🥰
