- Trying connections like other folks have done, and theirs worked for them, they did not work in my setup. Being that I am shorter than 9 feet tall, I needed an easy working wireless remote to control my ATV hoist, while I could rassle the wheels and steering, and keep it straight as it was being pulled up on its storage shelf. This setup turned out easy. Thanks to several TH-camrs for showing that it could be done, and especially to Mike H, who was kind enough to answer some questions I had on his setup, and Joe White which gave me the solution to getting my setup to finally work.

Thanks John, I did watch Mikes video as well, his wires just like yours are different colors than mine and they are the same model hoist, it did help me when you included a picture of your wired hand controller 👍 I believe the manufacturer didn’t have any real color codes when they used wire for the manual controller since the wires are different colors on the same model hoists. I did have the same issue as you did hooking it up like Mike did, so I did order the additional DPDT relays like you did. Thanks John 👍
I surely hope it works out perfectly for you! Please post your videos of your application.
@@JohnnieBravo1 I’m hoping to make a shingle elevator because I plan on replacing my shingles. I did take a look at my remote wire in the hand held controller and they are in different locations and different colors as yours are. Center terminals are Brown/White, upper terminals are Red with Black jumpers running to the bottom terminals and the bottom terminals have one jumper from the top and one Black. What a confusing wire job by the company 🤣 but thank you for your video it has helped me a lot! I’m like you, I’m not giving up 😁👍 it’s going to work 😂
Cool modification there Johnny bravo
Merry Christmas bud and a happy new year .. see you soon
