Real men aren't afraid to show their heartfelt emotions. In fact, they are the strongest men. Drew Lock: You're the Man. You gave credit to your teammates and expressed your gratitude for your blessings very well.

  • @nickelnoserestos2598

Well done Rich... thanks for showing that. We in the NW sure appreciate it.

  • @moresalad221

Watching Lock almost in tears was just heartfelt. After feeling forgotten and finally getting the chance to redeem yourself and you do finally get the chance. That's awesome. The support he received from his team was just amazing. Lock, you deserved it. 👏

Amazing to hear an NFL athlete speak MORE ABOUT HIS TEAMMATES than about himself. That’s a breath of Fresh Air.

  • @adlwilliams

For anyone wondering, Drew and Geno werent doing heart symbols at eachother. Drew was doing his "Locked In" celebration and Geno was doing it right back to him in full support. Great moment

Lisa was absolutely PERFECT in that interview - she gave him all the space and time and also prompted him with just the right questions

Rich, this is why I always watch/listen to you. This is why, whenever something happens in sports -- I search for YOUR take. Sports is about the heart, not the muscles. You get this. Sports leverages the best in people; the heart, the commitment, the intellect, and self-imposed discipline.

A great football moment. Great sideline interview. A glimpse into the emotional aspect of the game

How can you not feel romantic about football after that game last night. This was a special MNF game.

  • @michaelrichey6783

I love how Lock gave very good thoughtful and thorough answers to Lisa and not the typical ones where they say they just take it day by day, thankful for the opportunity, one game at a time, looking forward to the next game, good practices, etc.

That final drive was football magic. DK was the DK we know he can be, JSN made an insane catch, and Lock was just going for it. Beautiful stuff

I absolutely love Drew Lock. He reminds me so much of one of my own kids and I am always so proud of him.

“Hey Jax, if you’re one on one, im throwin you this pill” really hard not to like this dude. Hes been likable for a while now

  • @stevenhubbs8004

That was one of the best sideline interviews I've ever heard.

  • @christopherdion5213

The year of the backup QB.

I’ve always loved Drew Lock as a 49er fan. Even when he was in Denver. Love his charisma and leadership
