She loves being out with me and is a great hiking and camping companion. Part 2 of this hike up tomorrow and plenty more content in the pipeline. Thanks for watching Atb Mark
Glad you enjoyed it, we had a fantastic time on the wolds way and me and Molly loved the limestone way as well. Part 2 coming soon 😎 Thanks for watching Atb Mark
Yes using the quilted trousers and a down jacket turns that +14 sleeping bag into a viable sleep system. Or if you meant the weather, that was very warm too 😂 Next part out soon Thanks for watching Atb Mark Ps just came to me my sleep set up isn’t in this video 😂 it’s in the next part lol
It was a great day 1, fantastic views I couldn’t stop filming stuff. Had over an hour of footage, had to cut quite a bit lol Next part out soon Thanks for watching Atb Mark
That was some good distance on that walk Mark, a very enjoyable watch. Looking forward to the next one.😊 I’ve never done the first bit but I think I will now.
Just shy of 26 miles according to outdoor active, but probably a little further in reality as it’s was hard to follow the path exactly due to how overgrown it was early on. Definitely recommend doing it though, it was a fantastic walk. Part 2 is edited and will be uploaded in a few days 😎 Thanks for watching Atb Mark
Really decent walk there, Mark. I grew up in Bakewell before moving to Chesterfield, so I recognised some of the place names later on your route. Hope the camp went well, and day 2 👍🏻 I'm just nursing some nettle stings from a run this afternoon 😬
The camp went excellent, a beautiful spot, a pretty mild night and minimal wind made for a good sleep. Day 2 is uploading for Friday as well. I seem to be finding all the nettles recently, yesterdays dog walk, a section was so overgrown I still had some red marks from them this morning 😂 needless to say I won’t be using that path for a bit. Thanks for watching Atb Mark
Really enjoyed this vid, a mammoth walk through areas I know from past times, takes me back to my old trail walking days....although I didn't do the wild camping bit lol Good to see you and Molly having fun. Looking forward to part 2.
Definitely a mammoth walk, probably my longest ever i think. Great weather though and very enjoyable, and a great sunset to watch in the evening 😊 Part 2 is up tomorrow morning, hopefully just as enjoyable viewing 😁 Thanks for watching Atb Mark
Yes I really enjoyed it too, it had been on my list for far too long so very happy to have completed it😎 The 2nd half of the walk is on here as well 👍🏻 Thanks for watching Atb Mark
Ha that brick building I’ve wondered about for years! I used to cycle past it every Saturday and think I must do some research on what it is, I still haven’t found out 😂🙈 Another great adventure mate. Did you finish at Matlock? It looked like you went near Ambergate at the start of the vid with all that overgrown path you had to walk on, it looked like the path at the side of the woods down the road with the new estate being built next to it, you should have popped round for a cuppa or a pint if it was!
I didn’t take the Matlock alternative, you can take that diversion from Bonsal. It’s literally just an out and back, and I might walk it as a section. That housing estate narrow path was in Rocester, right at the beginning, I filmed it because of how ridiculous it was😂 We must find out about that brick building as well, it certainly peaked my interest for sure. Thanks for watching Ps part 2 out tomorrow bud 😎👍🏻
Great watch and such a beautiful dog. I've got a little vizsla that keeps me company on my adventures. Look forward to more content.
