You probably won't see this but I just wanted to say your relationship with your mom reminds me so much of me and my mom. We loved rocks and the beach, and we would discuss random facts for hours. In a few weeks it'll be the first anniversary of loosing her and sittibg and listening to the two of you laugh and reminisce together was just what I needed to remind me to take the good memories with the sad ones. Thank you.

This episode made me tear up hearing you ask your mom these parenting questions and personality questions. My mom passed when I was 16 and I often think about how I won’t be able to share these moments in my life with her. I’m so glad you get these moments with your momma and it made me feel like I can live through you a bit as I know my mom and I had a similar relationship to you all.
Seals fur-skin is used in crosscountry skiing, since it lets you go up the hill without sliding back down.... Once on the top, the seal skin is removed from under the skiies for the skiers to be able to ski down the hill. So that's how that seal is not being slided down by the waves. It's kind of Velcroed to the rock on its own will 😊

I grew up the youngest of 4 with a single mother. I NEVER believed in Santa specifically because my mom got tired of getting no credit and said never again. Once I even got in trouble with the principal for telling my whole class there was no Santa. 😅
I absolutely love Flynn’s truck of the day and not to brag, but I am a race car driver and I am impressed with how well he knows his cars and what’s on them and it just makes my heart so warm🩷🥺

I was so used to hearing itsy bitsy from Ms Rachel and then was shocked to hear incy Wincy from the teacher when I was with my daughter at playgroup class! Mind you, I've been living in Australia for 20 of my 34 years and never heard of that before! Lol
I live in Soutwest Arkansas and we were in the direct path of the totality eclipse...and it was so cool and I probably won't ever get to witness this again in my lifetime as I am 62 years old and this is the first Eclipse that I have ever seen an Eclipse in Totality. It was very odd, the temperature started dropping and as it neared completion it got completely dark, it only lasted here in Hope for 2 minutes. I am very proud of our town made a very big deal out of it and made sure that anyone that wanted to witness it got the glasses. I thought that was such a nice thing for them to do. Love seeing your Mom do a podcast with you. Omg Flynn is so stinkin cute! Love his description of Jackson Storm! I have a grandson that loved him just as much! 💗
