Ive built an ink Treader nephlim as a my commander, asked my card shop/playgroups if they would be ok and they did and oh boy is he so much fun. Not much of a spellslinger player myself, but I love Ink Treader

For that Ur-Dragon build, there's also Rukarumel who can make your slivers and nontoken creatures into Dragons. Conspiracy makes all your creatures Dragons. Note that unlike Arcane Adaptation, Conspiracy doesn't say "in addition to their other types", so if you have some kindred synergy going outside of Dragons (like Slivers with the aforementionned Rukarumel), one should be wary of this subtility. Lastly, Omo Queen of Vesuva can put "everything" counters on a land and a creature, which makes said land into every basic land types and said creature into every creature types (aka, dragons). I might actually go try that since I've been struggling to find an unique WUBRG deck that doesn't try to be similar to something I've already build with less colors. For Atla Palani, while this has not much to do with this unexpected build, "Boxing Ring" can make your eggs die faster by having them fight other token creatures (they can only fight creatures you don't control with the same mana value). It can also tap to make a Treasure if a creature has fought something this turn (aka, the egg). And more often than not, the egg will fight something like a 1/1 soldier token and still get you going !
My morophon changeling tribal shifted to ur dragon, because he is much more powerful. Haakon + a zero mana changeling is just pretty broken. My bridge is my serra avatar fling build. It seems funny to me that a lot of these i have built or thought about.
