"Pitru" doesn't include sisters and siblings . It's the effect of our forefathers and the lineage upon the present generating , and it's not always about enhancing and improving it's about the ancestors wrath upon us for their incompletions when they were alive.
I know a person who sees that he is walking with an army of soldiers, Horse regiments, Elephants etc and he is part of the army & he was taking treatment from mental hospital. He gets cured for few months and again goes thru such problems.
