My Black/red 2000 (20k miles) R850GS has to go! It’s not the bikes fault, it’s been great….but it’s sheer weight has become an issue, just pulling it out of storage. That and the seizing front brakes!. One ride a year to the MOT centre is no good for her. A RE Classic 350 is now the bike of choice for this aged biker!

Have had mine for one year now. Mine is also 22 years old done almost 60k Kilometers on the odo. Runs like a dream🙌
Awesome! I have just rebled my front brake and it's much firmer now.

They are heavy bikes! The most important thing is to keep riding on something that works for you and you enjoy!
