Not only closer with a stepladder. But the stepladder is backwards. Step ladder has a protective rail where he would be able to at least have his knees locked in. Definitely unsafe

We have to use one that’s 20 times bigger on a tractor boom in Tx to drive pipe and Tposts. Sometimes before we have to use a jackhammer with a rock bit to drill pilot holes through the 2 foot thick slabs of plate rock.

You should think about turning you ladder 90 degrees so your right beside the pole ,instead of stretching on you tippy toes ,it would be way more safe and comfortable I'm sure
It’ll probably take the manufacturer 5 more yrs for them to figure out that it might need a remote button so you don’t have to get on the ladder every time to activate it
In the Netherlands al those lines are documented. If you hit something undocumented the provider of that line has to fix it themselves. Rocks are almost non existent in our soil

As a electrician i use the Hilti on ground rods few times a week. Sucks on the cabins in the Smoky mountains with all the rocks. The fire in Gatlinburg burned a bunch up. Wiring cabins sucks compared to regular houses.

It's called a rhino. I use them for temp fence on big commercial projects, or asphalt projects. Those post will be leaning all over the place in a few years. Especially if it is in a place where the ground freezes lol!

I work for a fencing company that uses a pneumatic post driver to drive in old oil well pipe. Works good but it's heavy and noisy. Hearing protection is an absolute must.
I guess theres not alot of ground water or shifting to be able to just drive them in? And material in both the inside and outside of pole dosnt contribute to corroding faster?
I like the air pounder I do fences to but you got any tricks for when a post has to go threw a stump that’s the hardest part I hate having to cut threw them

I do the same. Without a ladder we would zip tie the trigger and plug in the cord to operate while roto or demo hammer is up in the air

Air hammers are sick. You can get one that fits in your palm and will drive a huge nail in seconds - making grown men like me giggle.
