1:43:50 that shot right there. if you are an advanced tennis player .. that is near impossible to execute with such clean angle and power .you may hit it loopy over the net but the way Roger hit that ball clean over the net off a blazing cross court return shot is incredible.
I love how Roger is practically channelling Rafa at point 1:42:30 where he's using the buggy whip forehand style made famous by Rafa with his own classic backhand slice in between. Just beautiful and amazing tennis
it was more of a replay of strat from a previous volley interaction federer lost he tested to see (if kyrgios would adapt and pocket the ball elsewhere) by risking th opportunity of being wrong still he won the shot he guessed correctly.

I'm sure when the new Nadal & Dov reach prime younger tallent will be knocking at there door. Rodger played his great tennis. The best. Now new Comer's come in and quick experience and talent. Something has to be done to instigate a push bak from the younger players. Federer has had to hold off Nadal and Novak for a decade - both of whom are 5- six years younger. Nadal and Novak are arguably still in their prime ..where Federer is pushing 38. Federer is trying to lift the younger players to take up some of the slack... so he is not the only player offering a challenge to the super stars. Federer has done extremely well fending off two or three players .. every time he steps on court. It would be nice if the younger players could even the odds.

I'm not sure if I like or dislike the grey court. Have no idea what it's like in real life but it's a weird visual thing on camera in my opinion. I get that the players are the spotlight on the background but it's a bit overdone I think.
Roger can't win Wimbledon final in 2014 & 2015 but in 2019 he could've won the final against Novak...he was little mistake in last 4 services.....very painful whenever i seen it in replay.....
If nick Kyrgios didn’t make that stupid choice of doing that drop shot during the second set at 3430-15 I guarantee ya he would of have likely won the point get the break and boom serving it to be 36 in the second and match done
