@@rizwanrauf4940 you don't have to conquer it. you just need to realize that it already doesn't exist. it is just a story that distracts your from the pure bliss of silence. once you achieve your desire, it no longer means anything to you shortly after. you realize it was already nothing in the first place. the only thing that matters to you in the long run (when you are on your death bed) is how you treated your loved ones and other people in your life. selfless love and silence are the meaning of life.

What's motto of anyone's life you know?? It's different with each people. If there were no competition then best doctors, enginners or any brilliants in any field won't get discovered.. What competition to contribution.. Contribution is different thing which depends upon people's mindset.. Thats whole different chapter.... Giving a helping hand to others ..

That truly is enough. If you do anything with a pure heart. You will always be a winner, and gain respect. The next hurdle in life is : people often become jealous of you, because you appear to be doing well. Ignore such people, you ARE mountains above them. Be humble and true to yourself. Take care friend, I ( for one ) totally understand, your question. , be true to yourself and you will always be a winner .X.
You can’t heal to the same place where you got sick. All i ever want was freedom, I want stability, I want to experience life at its fullest, I want to find myself which was lost for so many years and most especially i want to be loved for who i truly am. all of these wouldn’t come to reality if I’ll stay on the same pace over again. Life offers us many options and honestly I don’t where I’m going, all I know is that any road will eventually take me where I truly belong. Leaving everything and everyone behind will kill me inside but i know it is for the best. This is the hardest and the most painful decision i would ever do in my entire life but I believe that freeing ourselves from this bondage will eventually help us find the true meaning of happiness.
It's not always important to win the race but winning so many hearts of people is too much important in our life and that's really what we have achieved in our life♥️

I used to follow the “race” or “go go go fast” advise from people. Thank God I ignored this advise since COVID-19 begun. I’ve been happier, relaxed, restful, calm and joyful in last 4 months. Never ever taking the go go go advise again!!! I experienced multiple health issues in last 20 years because of racing lifestyle..

Love Love I’m only 32 but I feel like my life is ending soon. Constantly sick and almost lying on bed. I’m not just tired physically but tired of chasing dreams, chasing to become better, chasing more money, chasing to earn more to give. Too tired to the point where I want to rest in peace.

Ever since I listened and listened carefully they actually listen to this every single morning a few times a day as a reminder, a reminder that most of my adult life I have been raising myself, the past two days I finally had the courage to get on the bike and get out because that simply makes me happy to see people outside and so on and so on but in the past I had it for whatever reason as a goal to quickly leave the house and quickly come back always pushing myself to get things done fast and right away now that I have realize what I have been doing to myself the past two days I’ve been taking my sweet time On my bicycle something that used to take me 45 minutes now takes me about 2 1/2 hours but feels like 45 minutes....It’s time for me to stop and smell the flowers

I been trying to teach my 2 kids that life is not a competition who's faster, quicker, smarter or wealthier. Instead compete against yourself by becoming a much more happier and healthier person then before.
What’s great about this video is that these past months I’ve been stressing myself out really bad when it comes to work, I have Self employed work for myself and for whatever reason I got it in my head that I need to finish as quickly as possible be the best as possible it is simply finish faster and faster, and it’s pretty much lied to me to high stress and probably other health issues, little by little and I’m grateful for those little by little moments that I am realizing that I just need to be so I can feel more relaxed and to just be....I don’t know if it’s your videos or maybe I’m just maturity nor I’m just wising up but I am very glad that I noticed is within myself ever since then I’ve just been relaxing as much as possible and not having to be in a rush or just high rate to get things done i simply need to just be and all will be at ease.....I’ve been racing my self for Quite some time and I regret it, it’s funny because the other day I had to tell my sister that she needs to chill out at work and get out in life and smell the flowers otherwise you’re gonna just run yourself to the ground I know that I was trying to give myself advice and not even knowing it

In the long run we always want to win, be it anything we need to create dominance, that's what we are becoming these days, we perceive lies hence to get forward and nvr be judged upon. The hunger to be better than everyone else is a limiting factor that hindrance our chances of growth. Appraently I wish I could write this in my mother language cuz I want my own voice to speak for me. Ever since I listened and listened carefully they actually listen to this every single morning a few times a day as a reminder, a reminder that most of my adult life I have been raising myself, the past two days I finally had the courage to get on the bike and get out because that simply makes me happy to see people outside and so on and so on but in the past I had it for whatever reason as a goal to quickly leave the house and quickly come back always pushing myself to get things done fast and right away now that I have realize what I have been doing to myself the past two days I’ve been taking my sweet time On my bicycle something that used to take me 45 minutes now takes me about 2 1/2 hours but feels like 45 minutes....It’s time for me to stop and smell the flowers
That pause between "Motivation" and "stories". That's the best feeling
My realization is that real happiness from winning comes if we help to Needy and bring along with oneself

I been trying to teach my 2 kids that life is not a competition who's faster, quicker, smarter or wealthier. Instead compete against yourself by becoming a much more happier and healthier person then before.
What’s great about this video is that these past months I’ve been stressing myself out really bad when it comes to work, I have Self employed work for myself and for whatever reason I got it in my head that I need to finish as quickly as possible be the best as possible it is simply finish faster and faster, and it’s pretty much lied to me to high stress and probably other health issues, little by little and I’m grateful for those little by little moments that I am realizing that I just need to be so I can feel more relaxed and to just be....I don’t know if it’s your videos or maybe I’m just maturity nor I’m just wising up but I am very glad that I noticed is within myself ever since then I’ve just been relaxing as much as possible and not having to be in a rush or just high rate to get things done i simply need to just be and all will be at ease.....I’ve been racing my self for Quite some time and I regret it, it’s funny because the other day I had to tell my sister that she needs to chill out at work and get out in life and smell the flowers otherwise you’re gonna just run yourself to the ground I know that I was trying to give myself advice and not even knowing it
