Power off the expander, Connect a wire between Reader 2 D0 and Reader 2 L1, power up expander, remove wire when the status led flash.

What if the default IP address doesn't work?

You can force an ICT WX or GX controller to a known IP of 192.168.111.222 but putting a jumper on two specific terminals and then you power cycle the controller. This will then allow you to go to the settings page of the controller and either see what the IP address is or change the network settings. Then you can remove the jumper and restart the controller. 🤝
