Another reason can be your alt key or tab key or enter key is permanently preseesd because of blockage and hampering all other buttons because of that , just shake those button a bit as well to

Need help.
I performed all the steps but still not working. I even performed RESET PC. Still didnt work.
I have Lenovo870s. The funtion lock works, if you lock the function by pressing ESC all F keys will work as it corresponds to different functions.
The keys - letters and number are the one not working. Please help
